Horrible Salesman! When you walk by a polite young man was serving us, unfortunately new to vw Stevens Creek, nice Job Jacob. Then after test drive we had to discuss the financial part... Boris showed up... He only guessed numbers, no proof of everything, couldnt show a calculation for leasing. Terrible! I was ready to lease a car, but not without a reference of number of $ I have to pay monthly.Advise, get coaching for Jacob! And try to avoid customer contact with Boris.

Friendly, and actually had what I asked for. I just cant believe what volkswagen charges for parts. People love VWs, but they should really re-think how they treat existing customers. I am honestly on the verge of selling mine because it is just to expensive to maintain. I can tell you I wont be buying another VW. Which is a shame because I really do love it.

It’s not even worth for a one star. Poor customer service. I met Boris Brik there and he was the worst.
