Every time I call the Parts Dept they tell me Im with a customer can you hold - and then it takes 15-20 minutes for them to get to you. Lousy customer service.
I had a very bad feeling with the guy named Patrick, he was keep saying that I order the wrong parts, I am not the specialist on this field, when I was on their website, it only asked me the year and model, then it pops up the item that I thought it should be right. When I went to the store and picked it up, I found that s not the right size, the Patrick kept saying that I order it wrong, I dont think I did it wrong, I just followed the webpages instructions to enter the information. And now it takes forever to get the correct item. I want to return it, but Patrick said he would charge me the 25% restocking fee. He said its special order, I just order the regular bed liner for the Toyota. I dont see anything special about it. I feel terrible about it.
Went to buy parts and they treated me fairly
Staffs are friendly and professional. Staffs are all wearing PPE( mask and gloves). It normally takes 2-3hrs for regular maintenance.
