Ordered online, Napa shipped to my house because part wasn’t in stock. The rotor arrived, right part number, but did not fit my car. My old rotor fits inside the new rotor on the picture. An error in the database - I can understand. I wasted my time: had to put old rotor back on. Came to this store to return it, they could not help me. They couldn’t look up by order number, CC, email, anything - told me to go to Santa Clara store. Wasted more of my time. Won’t buy from Napa again.

Who was good not too crowded good customer service in and out quickly

I got a battery at another napa store when a bought a car that had a dead battery. This napa would not honor the warranty. Said they are independently owned.

Napa seems to have all the parts that you could possibly need for your automobile and if they dont they will order it how much smoother can that be for all the quick items oil transmission fluid fluids for your car will always be there and accessible in and out in 5 minutes!

Very limited parking. But they probably have that random tool or part in stock that you really need.

Friendly and fast service. I came in on a Tuesday morning so it was rather empty. Told them my car model and year and they brought the new battery to me and took my old battery away. Would definitely come here again for my next battery.

I had the good fortune to meet Laz, I had no clue why my brake lights were malfunctioning. He took the time to help me, replace the fuses and the blown bulbs. The man is a GodSend!!!! I tried at three different auto parts stores btw, NONE of the others carried what I needed.

One of the last true auto parts stores where you get mostly OEM/OE parts for any vehicle and great advice from a knowledgeable staff.

Went there to buy cabin air filter and engine air filter. It was a good experience. I replaced both filters in my car and both are working fine.

Very bad experiences in napa auto parts no services so because I am a woman have completed 2 months I bought 4 discs or rotors one went wrong I went and explained the situation basically I forced myself to buy another because it is almost impossible for its parts to come out bad Czech mechanical calipers pistons and all very well then what do I do we can expect customer service from our own race 😠
