I have had Mike taking care of my car as long as I have had it and always feel safe and secure driving it. He knows I know NOTHING about cars, and always checks it thoroughly to be sure it is in good driving condition. I feel I can trust him, which I certainly not say about many auto repair shops. I recommend him to people who are not car buffs but want a trustworthy mechanic/technician who will not lead them astray, tell them things need to be fixed that are not needed, or otherwise take advantage of them.

Rennwerks is hands down the best car repair service in the area. They are extremely informative and will explain everything in as much detail as you want. They not only fix the problem you came in for, they will notify you of any other problems they notice.Highly recommended!

Mike Rennwerks has been working on our cars for years! He is specialized in European cars, he builds Porches for racing, as he is a race car driver. He is extremely good at what he does, and his mechanics have been with him for years. His prices are very reasonable, for the excellent work that they do. I truly, would not trust anyone with my Porche 928. Everybody in his office is extremely courteous and helpful. The shop is always very clean. The most important thing when you as a woman go to a mechanic, is honesty. That is exactly what you will get at Rennwerks. Honesty I truly feel that I could not recommend anyone, other than Mike Rennwerks to work on your car.

Thanks Rennwerks for the quick turn and access to your loaner car. It takes a huge hassle out of car repair for my wife I. And thanks for your professionalism and thoroughness. The dealer missed 80% of what you found. I have more confidence in your shop than our dealer,... for less money to boot. Thanks.

I had bad car battery drain issues and I had to hop around 2 other car repair shops before Rennwerks. The first place never caught the issue with the battery and the second place couldnt exactly locate the exact place the battery shortage was coming from. However, Mike was able to trace where it was coming from, which turned out to be the stereo. He kept me informed during the repair via phone/text and was very easy to communicate with. Although I didnt know technical terms he made it easy for me to understand. The total cost was on the higher end but he was very thorough and found the culprit of my car issues so Im satisfied with the service.

If you are looking for some guys you can rely on to get it done and get it done right, take your Bimmer here. Don and Mike will both sit down with you and make sure to answer all the questions you have or any concerns coming up that you want to talk about. I have known Don for years and trust few to touch my beast, Don being one of them!

Quality work and customer service. Ill be honest, the price for changing out my battery was quite a bit higher (~400 more for a battery change) than the typical shop that I go to for servicing my X5. It looks like services cost a bit more here, but the quality of work is also high.

Ive been using Rennwerks for a few years now, ever since my Porsche got out of warranty and I got tired of spending lots of money at the original dealership. Since day one Ive got top notch work from Mike and his crew. Its a pleasure coming in and getting real sensible advice on how to fix things for reasonable costs. They took care of the usual really well (regular service, brakes, etc) but also are extremely good at modding and tuning your car if you want something edgier. They pick the right parts that are sometimes higher quality than the OEM. Plus they always have some cool projects going on for racing or tuning. I recommend Rennwerks in a heartbeat!

Potential customers should be careful. I brought my car in to repair an oil leak. The estimate was $2500 and a 2 day job. At the end of the second week I was told they needed another $1100 to fix it. I was skeptical but said Ok. I picked the car up after 2 weeks. It still leaked the same amount of oil as the day I brought it in. I returned the car and was told they would take care of it. They needed 2 days. After another week they called me and told me it would cost another $2500 on top of the $3600 to fix it or a total of $5700. Told me it was a new and different leak and was not their responsibility. Unbelievable. I could not get resolution from the owner and still have the same problem.

I took my car to Rennwerks last December 2016 and spoke to Mike the owner. He was very honest with me and took the time to explain and show me what my car needed in order for it to run again. It was a 2005 Mercedes Benz with high mileage and I knew that it was time to purchase a new car. Prior to making my 2014 MB purchase I took the car to Rennwerks to get a pre-purchase inspection. Mike found that the car needed an alignment and he also pointed out a ding in the door. When I went back to the dealership that gave me an opportunity to negotiate a better price. Im a single mother with three kids and I feel safe and know that I can depend on the Rennworks team.

Rennwerks is the place to go for high performance vehicle repair. They specialize in these types of vehicles and have repaired my vehicles for years. They have repaired my VW Jetta and my husbands BMW. They diagnose the problem accurately and get the repair done quickly and Ive never had to take my car back for the same problem. I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair.

Rennwerks or Rennwrecks?Really Bad Customer Service and Poor Workmanship, regardless what their website claims. After spending about $3,000 plus on front end work on a BMW, and complaining that there were still problems, the answer was the car needs more work. And after two weeks and tired of waiting for a quote on this “new work”, took the car to another shop only to find out that they had forgotten to tighten the nuts on control arms, thrust rods, tie rods, etc.., some nuts were only just finger tight!Meaning my wife and kids were driving in a death trap for two months.Since this is how long it took to get to fixing the front end piece by piece, as something new always came up and the cost always going up.If you value safety and quality, forget about customer service, this is not a place for your car.

Hello Mind you this is my 2nd visit with mike, Mike and the rennwerks team are absolute pros. They run just about the cleanest shop I have ever seen, seriously, its cleaner than some restaurants.I had a problem with a wobbly crank pulley and an over-active water pump on its last legs. Both issues spelled imminent doom. This was my second visit to rennwerks. The first time was just for new brake rotors/pads and a brake fluid flush. Mike spent the time to navigate me through all of the options in terms of parts. They are personable, professional and genuine. What more can you ask for? mike and the crew... thank you so much! You have earned a customer for life.

Take your car somewhere else. I took my car to this shop between June and November 2010, 7 times, for initially one issue, and some maintenance. They were not able to figure out the initiall issue, and they have introduced more issues in the process, due to air leaks etc. Everytime I paid at least 1.5 hours labor, a total of more than $6,000, half of this money went to the problem they couldnt fix it. The rest was maintenance, i.e. brakes, but even still the brakes are making noises. Most importantly, they told me my all 4 oxygen sensors were dead, and they replaced it all, still same error. Anybody with a little bit experience can know the probability of 4 oxygen sensors failing is nearly zero! In addition they have crashed my car, their insurance paid for it, but still the car is not same. I am even thinking about sueing them for fradualent repairs, and crashing my car. Take your car somewhere else. They may be nice people, but certtainly something wrong in this shop or I have a very bad luck.

Called and was told by Mike, who I believe is the owner, I would hear from him within the hour regarding a 65,000 service on my 2012 A4. That was a week ago. Don’t bother!
