Poor customer service. The guy fails to call me to let me know my parts are done then threatens to scrap them if Im not there in an hour, with cash. Very unprofessional and disappointing.A few suggestions: 1. Communicate better with your customers. 2. Dont make threats 3. Let them know ahead of time if you will only take cash. Bad first experience and now I wont be coming back, unfortunately.
