My car was broken into and got glass repaid from this place. They damaged my car also and when I tried talking to them they just told me to leave. The person will not even listen to me.While I was their another gentleman was asking some questions and the customer rep was so rude with him also.They might be low in price (even though they are not lowest) but they do more damage to your vehicle which cost you more to fix and also they are so rude. 0 customer service.

I usually dont write reviews but for this company I would like to and I will make sure everyone knows about how they talk. They messed up my wifes vehicle and when she went back person (I think his name was Kumar) was so rude and when she said she wanted to speak supervisor he said he is supervisor and cussed at her.I tried calling him and he disconnected the call on me when i called again he told me i can just come and deal with him seems like he wants to fight.I am also considering suing this company for messing our car and reporting them to better business bureau

Great Customer service, and very fair prices! Gina is sweet and easy to work with!I recommend my son to get his Toyota Tacoma rear window repaired after someone broke into his truck.. they fixed it the next day! Now Im back after breaking my rear slider window on my Dodge Ram truck.I have them work on my glass and they had a beginner doing it all wrong left a big mess in the back of my truck didnt even think of cleaning it up to leave a good impression even though  Gina has a really sweet receptionist, they need better management and supervision and training! I wouldnt be here wasting my morning coming back to have them remove the window and reinstall it by somebody more experienced I hope!!!LEAKS WATER PROFUSELY! Is that normal? 🤔I would probably come back here again, but be careful who does the job!! They could get all 5 star reviews if the techs cared more and took pride in their job.

No long waiting list. Literally just called in at 10am, got there at 11:30 and they had it done by 1pm. Very affordable prices - I only paid 120 for a new window. Saved my life In a time of crisis.

I never knew a small chip in the windshield could turn into a massive crack due to the big swings in the weather. A lesson learned the hard way. Luckily for me, not a very expensive one thanks to Low Price Auto Glass. We were having some severe temperature swings a few weeks ago...hitting low 70s one day and high 30s the next morning... Needless to say a small chip on my Windshield turned into a crack, which proceeded to expand immensely within a week.I knew the entire Windshield needed to be replaced when one afternoon the crack expanded and covered more than half the area. I did a quick search and found several options. I picked Low Price Auto Glass because they quoted me the best price in the area and, the reviews were good.I called Low Price Auto Glass around noon to inquire if they were busy, and ended up going in around 2:00 PM. The shop was easy to find, the waiting room is small and minimalist, be warned there is no restroom here...so good luck if you need to relieve yourself. They were quick, efficient and replaced the Windshield within an hour. Work was a bit messy, as they left pieces of the dry glue or weatherstripping in the car...not a big deal...overall 3.5 ***

2 stars for only fair price. Other than that it’s just horrible experience. I was told it’s not gonna take more that 1,5 h. But I finally got my car after h later. Wasted almost whole day here. Collaboration is extra, ok i get it. But why you then told me couple years ago that rain and distance censors collaboration was included. Oh yeeh couple years ago was way better experience, that’s why i will add one more star. Of course it’s my fault to chose the cheapest shop around, so expect nothing, even honesty.

I recently got my windshield replaced. I had a mixed experience with this place and I am left with a bit of frustration. People who worked at the office were very helpful and kind. The aftermarket glass branded Fuyao was about $200+ cheaper — a good deal. The overall process was quick, it took about an hour for them to replace the windshield. A day later, when I got in the car, I found the cover of the rain sensor (the piece that covers the sensor wiring between the mirror and the windshield) had fallen off. Upon trying to put it back on, I noticed it was broken. I have a Volkswagen and I know that these pieces cost you a leg and an arm when you try to get a new one. Plus, now my windshield wipers are swinging like a mad man and hitting the left edge, making a loud noise. All in all, the labor wasn’t as professional and clean as I wanted, and if I wanted to get my sensor cover fixed, the overall cost of everything would be around the same, not to mention the loss of time and frustration. Sorry for being binary with the rating but SJ Low Price Auto Glass...you get 2 stars.

Windshield cracked while driving down the freeway, luckily my cousin referred me over to this auto glass joint. Very friendly staff and they took very little time to get my windshield replaced. Hats off to them. Mr. Khangura at the front desk made sure all my needs were met. Will definitely refer friends and family to come here if they need quality and affordable service.

Called in on Wednesday for a quote for windshield replacement after doing a bit of shopping around online. Their price was by far the best. They ordered my windshield and I came in on Friday at 10:45am.There were a few cars in the shop already but no one in line ahead of me so I was helped right away. Staff was friendly and efficient. They said it would take about 1.5hrs but it was done in 1! The whole process was quick and painless.15/10 would recommend.

They worked above and beyond to make sure they got the right window. Then made sure the install happened in a timely manner. I travelled all the way from gilroy due the great price they gave me.The installer did not clean up all the broken glass and debris in my truck bed. He also had a little bit of an attitude when i asked him if he could clean up the debris.

Least expensive for a front windshield. Just stand in line. I waited one and a half hours and they were really busy.

So the parking is a bit tight. So I brought 2010 Crown Vic I found on the side of the road. I needed windows for it as well. I needed to rear window and the passenger side rear door window. For the rear that cost me 170$ I got the glass used as all I needed was used. I was bout to leave because I needed to go get more cash. However one of the guys stopped me and gave me the rear window quote for 120. Very good deals I would say. Other places I found pretty much wanted 280 190 for both of those.

Was in and out. Called early to make sure they would have the right windshield for us. Came in around 4:30 and was out by 5. Four stars given because the receipt said we were paying $101 for 2.5hrs of labor.. but obviously didnt take that long AT ALL. The glass itself was $40 for a 97 Honda.

They said they had the windshield, But I had to wait two hours, because they said they had at the warehouse after they took mine off, so I had to wait 2 hours for them to get from the so called warehouse. IF they would have told me they didnt have there I would have not paid first .Or they shouldnt start working on your vehicle if they dont have it then.

1.Terrible customer service. Employees promised to reach out to me twice about a quote and I never received a quote for 2 weeks.2. Waited over 3 weeks to receive actual help from an employee.3. They changed the original price that was agreed upon a couple days of physically talking to employees.4. Suggested that I wait ANOTHER WEEK in order to be attended to and actually get my windows replaced.- overall the employee and customer communication is poor and the negotiations are highly unprofessional. I don’t recommend this spot at all.

One dollar to get in lots of good fruits and vegetables or if you won’t to have a cold beer listen to music 🎶 summer months they have bands with benches to sit down with a new shaded patio area and food and sodas for the kids.

I had a great experience here replacing my rear passenger quarter panel glass. I arrived at 9am and was done in around 2 hours. The pricing beat the big name companies by around $250 and the service was great. Make sure you get in early as they fill up quick, no appointments just first come first serve.

Same day appointment to replace a broken quarter window for $166. Waited for 3 hours on account my part arriving to them broken. I was not updated or contacted about that. After raising my concern about the wait, I got the attention I needed. Staff did not follow best practices for COVID-19.

The only glass shop I will go to change my car windows they are cheap and fast. Professional Job done with less wait time and money. They do offer non-brand name (auto maker glass they have it too). It fit prefect, glass is glass who never see the brand anyway. This is the choice I made which save me $220 over big chain shop.

Very poor customer service. Tech are unprofessional and disrespectful. I rather spend more money and get better service. They told me it will take 90 min but ending up spending 3 hrs just to start with my car. It was not that busy. They provide service to people who got there after me. I raised concern couple of times, but it had not any impact. I asked please try to remove glass pieces thief answer was we are not detail service. Please stay away from this place

We had a break in yesterday and 2 of our car windows (driver side window and the driver side quarter) were smashed out. I contacted Low Price Auto Glass for the repair. They offered me a reasonable price and a flexible time window for the repair work. I found them professional and knowledgable. It took around 45 mins to fix the glasses.

Worse service ever, was waiting for more than one hour waiting for my truck to be ready and they told me they didn’t have the glass, and the price was going to change and I had to come back in 2 days.Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your time.

Right before the holidays, car got broken into in SF - smashed glass in the rear passenger side for my poor Civic. After trying to get insurance to cover, the closest appointment for their contracted company was a few days later, but I wanted it fixed quickly. Called Low Price Auto Glass and got a next day appointment since they had the glass in stock, luckily.Its a pretty busy place with the staff always on the phone, and continually working, but the whole thing took about 1.5 hrs, and I drove out with new glass for just over $150. I appreciate the service and how quickly I was able to get everything done, especially since it rained for the next couple days after that. Thank goodness they had my glass in stock, otherwise Im sure it would have taken longer.

This guys/girls are awesome. Call Friday midday to check on a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee side door glass. Lady on the phone said she had one in stock and if I could get my truck in by 3, theyll have it installed same day. Took it, and in about 1hr and 30min., it was done! Competitive price as well!

Good service and fast. Four stars as they dont offer Wifi. So dont plan on working while youre waiting unless you can hotspot. For a place this busy and the business model resulting in people having to wait, offering wifi is a must in my opinion.

Quoted 1.5 hours....waited an hour before they brought the car in. THEY ordered the wrong window. Had to wait another hour for a window...another hour for them to tell me they dont know how to deal w an electronic windshield in a modern car....another hour plus for the job. ...price fare...workmanship...eh....quote accuracy 0...overall...wont be returning

But they put on a piece of glass with the corners cracked before consulting me and put my windshield wipers (one of them, the other they left on my seat) back on incorrectly and missing a piece and now I have to go get the replacement pieces... Broken quarter window (thieves window) replaced cheaper and faster than anywhere else I could find. Price as quoted, fast service, great experience.
