Overall this dealership doesnt give any attention or care about anyone unless you are 40 years old with a gold watch and Italian accent.Service:They shows no interest in making appointments or follow up on any requests. Their online system is down for months with zero attention given. They shows no technical knowledge and the service advisor is purely for sale.Sales:The front desk guy did not greet me at all, hes too busy browsing his cell phone and making personal phone calls. No one gives me any attention. They seems only be interested in older men and people who appear to be wealthy.Parts:A very old gentleman is working here. Very slow process and their machine cant even take chip cards. He was also racially profiling me and talking racial jokes.Overall, just try avoiding this dealership at all costs.

Please just stay away from this dealership. The service manager is very unprofessional and mean. By the way, she makes mistakes and never inspect your car well.

A couple months after I purchased my car from San Jose, I brought it in for some rattling noise at the speaker while it still had warranty, the tech said it needed a system upgrade that didnt fix the problem, then i took it back and there answer was sorry sir your warranty is expired. The Service Manager had a huge lack of professionalism I explained to her that this should of been done when I first took it back her only answer was sorry your warranty is expired. I asked the Service tech what he did to the car, his answer was i dont remember ....hmmm you literally just finished my car how do you not remember. I feel like i got ROBBED and cant do anything about it. Overall a very disturbing experience. If you can, take your car to Maserati Marin they have great customer service and will cater to your needs.
