This is an outstanding body and paint shop! This is the first time Ive had to do non-insurance body and paint work. The first couple of places I got quotes from wanted an outrageous sum of money for minor body work and painting of an 11 year old car! But then I visited Pacific Auto Body & Paint on Santa Clara Street and spoke to Rick, explained the situation, and he gave me a quote that was very reasonable, especially compared to the other shops I went to.I called a couple of days later to add on some extra minor work; he wasnt upset at all like some places get when you ask the them to do additional work, and the price he quoted for the extra work was again very reasonable.He originally quoted a 1-week turnaround, and exactly 1 week later he was done! We picked up the car, he explained all the work he did, and I was extremely happy - the car looks great!Bottom line - highly recommended!

Ive never had to get my car painted before and dont have a whole lot of money, but this place is just incredible. Not only did they do an amazing job of what I asked, they went above and beyond by painting some areas around what I asked, as well as fixing some minor body work damage. And Rick really worked with me on the price. Everyone I talked to says he charged me much less than anyone else would have. Even when I went to pick up the car, he tried to give me a bit of my money back, but he had done so much for just what we agreed on, how could I?. Rick you are a god send. Thank you so much.

I called to get a quote today whomever answered the phone (it was a man) was rude and didnt sound friendly at all so dont think Ill bring my business here Im a first time customer so Ill look elsewhere.

Rick is a real old school guy hst has been at his trade for years! He works with you and his prices are really reasonable. He has done work on my dads van, my brothers car and my girlfriends car. He does great work!
