A little run down, relatively expensive, and doesnt have some basic craft supplies (like crafting wire in bundles of more than a few feet). All in all, a good place to pick up your basic crafting supplies. I would call in advance for any unusual items to see if theyre in stock.

Love Michaels buts lately they have been removing the flowers thats my favorite section.

The employee Linda was not wearing a proper mask and it made me really uncomfortable. Its was some little sequin thing full of holes. You guys should really be more mindful of not just your employees health but that of the customers too. Covid is still going strong, this is unacceptable.

Super friendly staff and the framers do an amazing job, I’m really happy with the quality of the materials.

Michaels has the inventory that you need always though Ive always found throughout their locations that there employees are much less experienced than the people who shot their..I guess it would be difficult to find seasoned crafty people and have them happy in there job there pointing people in different directions Nd taking money for min wage as I doubt they pay much m ou re than that.its more likely its a part time gig for most people hoping for better careers and the atmosphere there suffers because of that I think.to bad too because I dont hv or see a suggestion out of that for this type of business unless you can find retired art/shop/woodworker types..see s it however would be satisfying position for them I you just turned one or too loose in the store to just wander at their own discretion wouldnt it.? I may be off base..be safe folks✌😬

I rarely shop at this Michaels store. However, they were very helpful in directing me to the department I wanted. They had a complete selection of the jewelry components I needed. The sale items were in good quantity as well.

Amazing, place for any craft needs or projects. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Before heading over, always check online for coupons. They always have something. Parking kind of tight because if all shared businesses. Still great place for all craft needs.

Michaels has amazing Christmas sales going on right now! Their selection is vast and high-quality, youll certainly find what youre looking for when it comes to holiday decor. If youre not a jerk to the staff (yikes, people can get weird at Michaels), sometimes they reward you with little coupons stashed behind the desk.

Love Michaels Princeton plaza. All the staff is helpful and very nice even when there is a long line to the back of the store. Manager Garret is very informative and my favorite is Virginia she is my favorite girl. I look forward to seeing them and it’s easier to spend my money with no guilt. When I’m starting a project and need suggestions or ideas they will help. If have issues with anything purchased at the store or online Garret will fix it. They are all great.

Wasted time shopping, waiting in line at the check out, only to find out once I reached the register that you no longer accept competitors coupons. So I ended up purchasing nothing but a lot of wasted time.

I love this store. Just seeing all the decoration possibilities make me want to transform every room in my house. The down side is the wait times to check out. ALWAYS super slow!

When you’re doing a craft with kids or schools this is the place to go. I always love their cake decorating area lots of great tools lots of great ideas. I’ve also had lots of picture framed here and always had a really awesome experience.

One of my favorite places to shop! I could literally spend hours and hundreds of dollars here! Pretty sure I have...Their selection is wonderful and the prices are decent. With our local Beverlys going out of business, Im hoping that they will increase their selection cross stitch and embroidery products, needlepoint work, and maybe a fabric selection??? Although thankfully we still have Joanns!

Michaels carries a good assortment of items for needle crafting, paper crafting, art supplies, hobby supplies etc. Watch their in-store signs as they can be misleading. Some departments dont appear to get the attention they deserve. They usually have some good coupons if you have their app on your phone.

Although some of the shelves are pretty sparse around this time of year, the staff was very helpful and the store remained clean and organized. I appreciate the hard work put into maintaining the stores appearance during the hectic holidays

I bought a can of spray paint here that should not have been out on display. Unfortunately I didnt notice until I got home that it had been opened and used. I called and after being forced to listen to a recorded message ( Michaels shows that they dont respect our time; you are going to listen, like or not, before you can do what you called for) I got a manager. I brought up both of these issues. Her tone was the tone you get when somebody doesnt care and has no concern for you.

First time at this Michaels and from what I could tell they were stocked pretty well. Found what we needed and were out in no time. Always get caught here spending more than I should

The best service ever. I will drive the distance every time to get my art supplies at this store rather than order online. I live in 5he Santa Cruz mountains so its a bit of a drive but worth it. I actually look forward to seeing everyone there.

This place had so much good Halloween decorations I wanted to buy everything

They are slow to restock paint colors. At any given time they are out of stock of about 30% of their Acrylic colors, and are frequently out of stock of other items as well. The checkout process is incredibly slow. Sadly, they are the only store near me that sells paints and canvases, so I keep going back :(

Havent been impressed with Michaels in a long time. Not enough variety/product turnover. Store is generally well organized though and its pretty easy to find stuff if you know what your looking for.

Like Michaels coz its a MECCA FOR FINE ARTS BIG or SMALL projects. Its a one STOP SHOP till you drop👍👍

I always love the selection at Michaels. This review is not based on that this review is based on the service, it was very hard for me to find somebody that would help me. I had to walk around for a while before I found someone, and when I ask them where the product I was looking for was they did not walk me over to it they kind of just pointed in a general direction. Was kind of frustrating but luckily I have eyes to look in the general area they pointed me to

This is a good craft store if you need to run in and grab something. The biggest issue is poor customer service and availability of cashiers. There will be a huge line and only one person checking people out. Not organized well.

I learned they have birthday party rooms for kids. They did a good job keeping a bunch of 8 and 9 year old boys entertained by making slime.

Store is kinda all over the place. Michaels on Snell seems better organized.

Great place to find just about anything you need for a craft project.

Michaels is a good place to pick up craft supplies. Has everything from paints to journaling supplies. This particular location isnt usually too busy, and youll only wait for a minute or two at max in line.

I go here for custom frames and arts and craft supplies. Ive been able to get some of my cosplay supplies from here. I would recommend going on their website to check if there are coupons when you know youll be doing a large purchase.They usually have them.
