I got the best massage chair for four months now, I and my Mom uses it every day. I love this chair! It works amazingly. Due to Covid pandemic, I thought I had to wait for long, but it was delivered earlier than expected by about 3 weeks which was nice. Highly recommend, you wont regret this.
I am 72 years old retired man who was a back problem. This is a review made with my child help. I got a massage chair a year ago. The entry to the massage chair I bought is similar to one of a car, so entry and exit are easy. It works my neck and lower back better than I had even imagined. So relaxing and pain-relieving. I will support Teletron and I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for an amazing massage chair.
I’m quite impressed at the way Teletron offering many Italian products to customers. I & my husband have bought the Magniflex mattress for 2 years. Until now, this is still the most comfortable and valuable mattress we’ve owned because it has excellent support our back and helps our body and mind sleep deeper. We’re very happy with our purchase and personally, I can’t wait to see the next coming events from Teletron.
I had back problems. I hate shopping online, so I went straight to many stores. I had chances to lay down to try many different mattresses, and felt how different they are. Good service from Teletron’s store, they explained to me clearly about size, quality and benefits. I got a mattress which is very firm, exactly what would help my back.
Saleman gives you a lot pressure to make decisions
On Aug 21-2016 we bought a Italian leather sectional from this store when received it I did not notify that on one section of the chair had a defected leather by crushing down. I took pictures and called the seller plus sent him these pics and told him for this event. He said this very common for leather chair, just wait for 24 hrs it would release back to normal. I wait over 72 hrs but it was not came back as he said, I call him again he said take picture again and then send to him he will take care of this. Two weeks later he did not answer I call him again he said there is no convenient trip to Sacramento available, we have to wait!!! And then 3 more weeks later he call me to set up time for deliver the exchange defected section but schedule delivery from 2 pm to 4 pm had been delay by traffics the delivery guys call me to wait for 2 to 3 more hrs but by 7 pm he call back again said we have to wait few more hours may be up to 10 pm. We reject the delivery because it too late, next day I call and told seller about this event he said why we reject the delivery we should have wait till we receive it??? Till now because we reject the delivery so he said we have to wait till he has the convenient trip he will set up for exchange deliver, he does not know when???? I asked him what is convenient trip, he said he has to wait till more customer from Sacramento buy products at his store and then he will schedule a trip???? I told him indeed if there is no customer from Sacramento buy at his store that mean I will never get to exchange the defect chair, he hung up the phone, I call him back but got no answer????? I could not be able to have any comment for this kind of service from this store. You can give me an idea.
This a very large store, I was curious as to what they sold so I strolled in not knowing what to expect. I actually thought it was an electronic store but to my surprise it was a furniture/ housewares store.Why I rated so low? Well.... Im big on first impressions and all the employees left a sour taste in my mouth. When I walked in I noticed 4 people working, I said hello and nobody responded, I smiled and nothing. I walked around looking at the pots and pans they had out on display, picked one up to checkout the quality and price and I was not impressed. Then an employee walked towards me, I said hello and she half smirked in a cold way. I was like 🤔🤨 whats going on? I thought, maybe I was trippin? I continued to browse and ignored her until I noticed she started walking around me with her hands behind her back. She wasnt helpful and her attitude towards me, reminded me, of the movie Pretty Woman. Wait, What?Yes, not 💩ing around my Google peeps, the store was just one big terrible vibe.

I go there to check out the rice cooker JKT-B18U their price are $309 + tax, i said that i heard from the radio your store have a lots discount for the summer sale and they said the price are already discounted. I left the store go home search online i found on one website the exactly same rice cooker model but the price $299.99 and now they have the on sale for only $209.99+tax, free shipping and they have the extra $25.00 discount with checkout with PayPal account so after tax and everything i paid only $198.86. i buy one, my uncle buy one and my mom buy one too. We are already try our rice cooker they cook the rice are every delicious, thanks thanks God we are can save total $333.00 or more that is a lots of money saving. Do not go their store or If you plain to go their store make sure you have to try to research online first.
Do not waste you time in this store..Very raciest people here. Tony Tran should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for the way he treats his customers. I will never return and will tell all my client to shop else where.
