I called GE Monogram Expert in the morning and they had someone out that same afternoon to repair my washing machine. Lopez was very prompt and courteous. He ordered the part and was able to come out to install in less than 2 days. Unfortunately, we were not going to be home. Lopez was kind enough to come out on a Friday at 6 pm to install the part so that we would not be without a washing machine over the weekend. We were very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again for any appliance service.

Fantastic! I called Andrew at GE Monogram Expert and he diagnosed my refrigerator problem that same day. Had to order parts and returned 7:00 a.m. a day later - to accommodate my schedule - to complete the repair. Very courteous. And a great price. Im happy to recommend him.

Paul the tech of GE Monogram Expert first came to assess my washer/dryer unit because it was not working. He was very professional and quickly let me know the issue. On his second visit, he had to very skillfully remove the drain knob which had been stripped from a past maintenance man and was no longer useable. After opening the unit, he replaced the knob after forcing it open without causing any damage, he then removed the foreign objects that were causing the issue and drained the water, and voila it was fixed. Very professional, quick, and well-priced repair! Would definitely recommend and will be my future repair company!

My oven stopped working. I called GE Monogram Expert and they were able to send a technician the next day (awesome to not have to wait long because I use my oven frequently). The technician called 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Jimmy was courteous and informative. He was able to fix my oven in less than 30 minutes. He wore gloves and a mask. I would definitely recommend them if you need an appliance repaired.

My refrigerator died last night and all my food was defrosting. I called Taylor the tech of GE Monogram Expert first thing the next morning and he arrived at my house within the hour with the parts in hand to repair my fridge. To top it off Taylor is a very nice guy as well. This was by far the best service experience I have ever received from any appliance service provider Ive ever dealt with. I highly recommend Taylor. I will be calling him to look at my wash machine next.

I called GE Monogram Expert needing a repair on my microwave. I explained that I really couldnt replace it because the newer models, with a trim kit, would not fit in my space. He said he would come the next day. Patterson called to say he would be a little late but showed up. I very much appreciated that call. He took the microwave apart and found the problem and fixed it. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. He also touched up the paint since the inside had a few rust spots. I would highly recommend Patterson. He was professional and very fair with this pricing. If any of my other appliances break down Patterson will get the phone call.

Our fridge broke and we couldnt get anyone out to fix asap. Fortunately, we found GE Monogram Expert. Michael and David worked very quickly and efficiently to fix our fridge. The price was pretty good too. Next time we have an appliance issue we know who to call!

My refrigerator was making strange sounds and it was obvious that there was a failure forthcoming. I contacted GE Monogram Expert and received an immediate callback from Roberts. He immediately knew what was wrong just from my description. That afternoon he came out and replaced the control board which remedied the problem. First class service by Roberts and he was very personable too. In addition to repairing my fridge, we had a great conversation.
