The Walmart Super-center in Hemet is so welcoming. Everything is not locked up like the Walmart in San Jacinto. I was spoken by several valued store associates and managers. A Very clean store. Thank you for making me feel warmth, attention, and respected. If other stores instilled respect for their Customers like this store, there would be less theft because customers would feel. VALUED and not want to disrespect such honor.

I usually go here because its the closest Walmart to me. Usually its like any other typical Walmart experience, but this last time was a nightmare. I had to wait over an hour to get my babys formula. I asked employee after employee after employee, probably over 10 people. Because the Formula is in a locked cabinet, I had to wait. I rang the dumb button and waited. I asked multiple people who said they had no keys. One lady said she would text her manager. No one came. I asked another lady if she had a radio to call someone. No one came. By the time I got to the register I was fed up and angry thinking about my groceries melting and the torture of having to go to an entirely separate store with my baby and unloading him and loading him back up just to get his Formula because employees were ignoring me. I asked the two cashiers who I was next to and finally caught a manager who directed someone to get the Formula for me. and I dont know why Formula keeps capitalizing itself on my phone. Lol. After a long, awkward, frustrating experience and wait, I finally got his Formula. It was excuse after excuse. There should be solution based thinking in customer service, always. Not keeping the customer waiting whos spending hundreds of dollars at your store. Not that the money matters as much as my time or energy, but still.

Such a tremendous selection of quality goods.I know we dont always expect to find fresh produce and other necessities in the same store.Alas it is here .Even a vast up to date selection of Art Products!This Horseriding Artist can appreciate one stop, for almost everything.

Overall, I like shopping at this store. I always find what I need here and would recommend shopping here. I did not post 5 ⭐️ s because sometimes the customer service is lacking. The workers that check the receipts aren’t always consistent in their job. It appears as though they pick and choose whose receipts to review. That’s the only con I have to mention.

I actually love this Walmart. They have grocery items Ive never seen at other stores and I am a loyal Walmart shopper.Only gave 4 stars due to the cashier that needs more training. I told her I had been a Walmart cashier and tried to help her. Im a very patient customer and would never try to make someone uncomfortable. This lady made 4-5 rude comments to me because she didnt know what she was doing and accused me of not knowing how to insert my credit card. And she didnt know how to print a gift receipt. And u dont tell people where theyre to stand in line. Oh and put as much stuff in a bag as will fit, shouldnt need to be explained. Go back to class, next time I WONT BE as kind

Quality of customer service is NEVER something Walmart strives to achieve. Truly not having 24 hour Walmart is good and lame at same time truly I feel they need a better manager that know show to schedule things correctly.

Not much selection and needs more help in electronics. Let alone once I was in self check out the employee argued that I didnt scan a $30 vacuum. She said she had to check the screen and seen it was the first item scanned. Not only just that but having to show your receipt again on the way out the door. This the only grocery store I know that does that. Not all customers steal. Loss prevention investment.

Huge problem; cant process returns; their barcode reader for returns hasnt worked for weeks, and you buy something online and cant return it through the mail like you always could before, so I dont buy anything there anymore. Had to dispute it with my bank card to get a return.

The online ordering is a joke. After check in, and after 20 minutes of patiently waiting I asked for help. They stated, wait by the tower and someone will bring you your order. 1 hr later I still didnt have my order. Another customer checked in and stated she waited almost 2 hours the last time she used online ordering. So I went to talk to customer service, they smirked and said I had the option to cancel. So I canceled.The point of ordering ahead is to walk in, and walk out. If you are wondering no they were not extremely busy. From my vantage point I could count 4 employees just standing around. The the experience I receive from reputable companies like Best buy is night and day. Never ever again! Walmart you will not get another cent of my hard earned money 😤.

Found everything i needed. Bought more than i planned to because they have sooo much stuff under one roof. Employees were very helpful today.

Ive had some good experiences and bad ones at Walmart but lately when I go it seems more friendly and less crowded. Maybe Im just going at times that are less busy either way Im having better experiences lately.

3 Registers open lines super long and it was busy. Shelves had a lot missing but it was Monday so theres grace there.But I never see a manager asst manager or store manager. Victoria is an incompetent manager unable to lead a team because her leadership facilitate extremely rude behavior. She is inherently rude and not qualified to have a conversation about a team member who was also rude. I get that it is early but telling someone that it will be a minute doesnt mean slamming the door and disregarding that the greeter Chris was a complete representation of your rude demeanor. Welcome to Wal Mart. Would you like fries with that?

Unfortunately the shelves are pretty limited on whats available and the garden department virtually empty Walmart usually has what Im looking for in the garden department this time nothing I needed was in stock

There return center is always down and they usually are low on stock. I had to drive to the other Walmart in Hemet. Hemet always has what Im looking for. But they usually have good customer service as far as them letting you know what is where. And certain people who work there are always helpful.

I dont like how they try to make everyone use the self checkout and they only have ONE regular checkstand open. And the line on the regular checkstand is loooong... but thats Walmart for you. I try to avoid going and just shop at other stores whenever I can.

This Walmart is much cleaner than the one in Hemet off Sanderson. I like to come here when I dont feel like I have to look over my shoulder. Lines are shorter and the workers are very helpful.

The greeter had no idea where I could locate the automotive section; i did not get help for 25 minutes at the locked AC refrigerant section, i had to ask security to call an assistant manager who had no keys for the locks. A poorly managed store to be sure!

Always understaffed. Have to wait up to and over an hour to have them unlock $7 in tools along with anything else. Then you have to have them walk it up to the check out is nonsense. This is one of the worse stores that i have to go to. As of now i will not go back to them. Id give them a zero if possible. Ill be call corporate tomorrow.

I love this Walmart. Only complaint I have is that they have 4 or 5 of the electric carts for the disabled that are parked because they are broken and only have 2 or 3 that work and us disabled people need them to be able to shop comfortably without so much pain.

Had every we needed and very spacious layout. Friendly cashiers. Janitorial department needs some help. Took 30 minutes plus and used black water to mop than just sprayed disinfectant.had small kids needless to say they did not use that bathroom

Dont bother coming here if what you need is behind a locked door. You wont be able to find an employee to open anything with keys. Seriously stood around for 20 minutes, plus another 30 minutes on a wild goose chase hunting down employees who MIGHT (but never do) have keys. Seriously what the hell is wrong here when the average wait time to get razors is an hour and a half? Youre better off ordering off Amazon, theres a reason theyre destroying Walmart right now.

So hard to find staff members that actually know anything about any product that Walmart sells. Its so annoying trying to get help in paints, tools, hardware, and Garden Department. It seems as if the Departments have no staff to help customers. And when you finally see a staff member rushing by you, they always give you the, Sorry, this is not my department. Or, sometimes youll get a, Ill let somebody know! But most likely the person they let know is from a different department and also knows nothing. There are times where Im waiting for upto 20 minutes and nobody ever shows up. Thats when I decide to leave and go straight to Home Depot instead. Home Depot has won me over many times because they actually know everything about their products, even if they dont work in the department you need. They always seem to know where everything is at and then follow up with, Is there anything else I can help you with? The pandemic is not even a factor in all of this because this has been going on for a long time since before Covid19. 😡

Good customer service, they forgot to give me an item at pick up, so I had to go back.

Very large store. First time visit. Very negative cart guy. I had selected a cart that had a bouncy wheel and made the cart shake. So I started to get another one. The cart guy took it from me. I told him it had a bad wheel and the cart shakes and bumps. He said nothing and put it in with the other carts for the next customer to be disappointed. Got lost in the store and turned around a couple times in such a large store. Did not like that the pet food and supplies were on the other side of the store and in the corner from the grocery section. Several of the grocery aisles had bare shelves. Liked the expanded deli, meat, bakery, and produce sections. Plenty of parking. Actually lost my car because I spent so much time walking around the store that I forgot where I parked. Thankful for the panic button on my key fob for finding my car.

Today was a bad day. This is my favorite store. I hadnt ever has a problem until today. The door attendant was rude disrespectful condescending and unapologetic. As I walked away she continued even as my fiancee tried to deescalate the situation. I matched her ignorance and told her. I spent more in 3 days at this store. Than she makes in 2 months. I apologized because I shouldnt have allowed my anger to get the best of me. Yet she lacks people and customer service skills. One bad apple dont spoil the bunch. Still my favorite store to shop at.

Horrible service. Horrible management. Does not have good customer service. Money center had 2 cashiers and then 1 walked away. And the other 1 had 1 computer go down and doesnt even bother to tell customers that there is an error or anything. They just stand there giggling while they watch their lines get longer.

Need more associates w keys to doors when very busy. 3 patrons (including me) had to wait over 15 minutes to be serviced.Otherwise, store was nice & clean. The associate name Markiel & Lydia were incredible controlling the customer flow.

Dont bother ordering groceries online. Was told i may have to wait till the next day to pick them up, when it was scheduled for the same day. They didnt even start on my order until after i called a second time. This store is terrible. Not good to tell a customer who already paid, that Id have to wait another day for my groceries. Very poor customer service. The worst. As a former employee, Im ashamed.

I use the pick up area here because it is much more accurate, its in a way better location in the lot and the employees are much friendlier and far more helpful than the store on Sanderson.

I tried to buy blueberries and the cashier couldnt scan them and didnt feel like running over n grabbing another package of them so didnt get any...annoying! Also was no small container of country crock margarine and the store was dirty and uncomfortable to be in. Was more than 2 items I couldnt find the price for. Never going back to this store

All the electronics are locked behind glass panels you literally have to wait for the one cashier to open each glass panel for the customers and then they take forever to decide what they want. Terrible!! Can’t even buy a $16 FM transmitter without waiting 20 minutes or more here. Getting all my stuff from Amazon now. F this

Ive been trying to order a party sub for 2 days and they NEVER answer the phone. Ive tried customer service and the deli. So frustrating.I even called 1800 walmart. No help.

I went in to this walmart location only because i was just around the corner and needed some things. I have to honestly say that I will never go there again! Most of the items that i picked up to purchase at the self checkout was double the price stated which was completely in correct! I had to go to customer service which wasnt any better! The tomatoes that i purchased was priced at $1.47 a container but rang up at $2.98 each..over double, the salads were different prices for the same container size which were $1.00 difference. At the new lake elsinore location the prices are all the same for that size salads.I purchased 2lbs of red cherries which rang up as 2.47 lbs. But were exactly 2.0 lbs. I cancelled the rest of my order and went back to produce dept and took pictures of weight and prices showing product numbers and prices. And the produce section stunk like rotten fruit and the salad was old and discolored.I finally got it cleared up by a nice employee that was directed to by this lazy unpleasant, unprofessional mgr. All in all they tried to over charge me by almost $6.00Someone is either not doing their job correctly or scamming the system!I will NEVER go to this location again, it was like going to a 99 cent store in my opinion and not a Walmart!Corporate needs to investigate this location!!!

Just bought a tv and mount in electronics. The employee who helped me i believe his name was Christian was much help. During him helping another customer started yelling and was super rude, Christian kept his composure and was very polite to her even though she did not deserve it. Great job and thank for help with my new TV.

Im always here as I work with Instacart etc. Ample parking, but there are never enough registers open, esp at the beginning of the month.Thats unacceptable. They can put more people on the schedule at the beginning of the month.

Terrible, Since before the 1st of August Walmart has ran out of bags but what is worst is that we did big shopping and they fail to tell customers until after we pay. So imagine spending over 300.00 on groceries and paying and then being told Oh we are out of bags, dont you think that should be told to customers after entering instead of standing around talking & laughing. If not POST it on your doors before people enter, thats not difficult to do!!

A lot of people had to experience and out of control woman screaming and threatening people inside the store it was disturbing. It went on for a long time about 20 minutes at least.

Really what can you say its Walmart its crowded its funny help is scarce these days I dont know what to think about the deli I ordered two different kinds of chicken they gave me the same chicken I ordered mozzarella sticks had to wait twice for them to get them for me check out is always insane its Walmart. I like that they are adding more organic items although it is Walmart n if they can find any way to get our money they will lol.
