Someone please update the hours. Hours for Saturday and Sunday state 12pm-11pm on the website and poster on the front door but when I arrived at 12:10 it was completely closed. I went to a store across the street for 40 mins and came back and it was still closed. I had to go to the one on main st 15 mins away only to find out they dont do souffle pancakes anymore which is the only reason I come here in the first place.

Desserts were great but service was horrible. Arrived with no greetings from the staff for a solid minute. After we were told to have a seat anywhere, we sat and waited, and waited some more, and we ended up grabbing the menu ourselves. We were ready to order but the staff completely ignored us and took another tables order, even though they came in several minutes after us. We had to wave for someone to take our order. Once we were served, we were never checked on again. I had to walk up to the cashier to pay because no one would walk by for us to ask for the check. Dont bother sitting in here. Youre better off ordering to go or going to another location.

Best dessert shop, if you ever stop by try the mango pancakes. Thank me later.

What I like about this location is they give you hot tea when you first get there. Its a little thing, but that little thing makes a difference. The service is always great and staff is very nice. I have been to this location a few times and they never disappoint.

Their drinks are too bland. But would like to try their desert some day

We had the blueberry souffle, two drinks, and almond/Walnut dessert with rice ball. They also offered complimentary hot tea or water with lemon.The almond and Walnut paste was really good. Tastes like it was fresh made and not artificial like at Phoenix. The rice ball was sesame, pretty standard.The souffle says itll take 20 mins or so to make, but it didnt take that long, so dont hesitate to order. By the time that both drinks and the almond/Walnut dessert came, we started eating those and then the souffle came shortly after. It is more of an eggy taste though, like a hybrid of an omelette and pancake.Only one restroom, so gender neutral. Otherwise the place is a good size and nice tables. Parking is okay since theres an underground parking structure.

The staff was very very rude and our order took over 40 minutes. 40 minutes smh. The dessert was good but I would NOT COME HERE AGAIN.

Originally came every week, but this time I felt that the milk tea had no taste at all, and I wanted to ask the waiter what happened. She didnt even ask if she went to the background, she said it was the same. After I said it differently three times, she said that I would ask. I said no need to ask. Will never come again. How do you work a little bit?

The mango is sour and the purple rice is hard and immature.

Great
