Just had an ice cream- float and it was perfect in every way. The serves was friendly and prompt. The float was refreshing, can’t ask for anything more.

This place is extraordinary! When I walked in, Maddy was busy with her cake decor; upon seeing me, she paused and asked what would I like. I asked for 30 seconds. She politely went back to cake decor while waiting for me. When I was ready, I ordered and was able to use a survey coupon. She deserves a promotion, because this is what customer service is about!

Baskin Robins is genuinely a good experience all around. Their flavors are great and the employees are friendly. Their method of serving customers is a little chaotic when there are a lot of people but it makes you feel comfortable when you get your ice cream in hand.

I stopped by for a scoop of my favorite flavor Nutty Coconut & found a new flavor Love Potion #31.

Great friendly service. And plenty of ice cream cakes and pints of ice cream available. Parking is street only. The very small back lot is for other businesses.

Great ice cream and good deals. There is a decent amount of seating, but it may be hard if your group has more than 2 or 3 people. Peanut butter chocolate is the best! Mint chip too!

The person who helped me today was really nice and friendly. I didnt pay attention to her nametag (but was a blonde hair girl) she told me about the specials prices and made me save money.

God awful. Was nice inside but after eating the ice cream i got a terrible stomach ache along with my sister, my brother got diarrhea, and my sister threw up. My boyfriend even expressed the time hes been there in the past it upset his stomach as well. Dont know if the employees dont clean their stuff, or if its in the cones they bake or what. Dont care if its walking distance from my house, not going back there.

Honestly the ice cream looked and was much nicer than the employee working there, he looked as if he didnt like working there and looked rude.

In then u.s.a. it will classified as a top ice creams place, but I came from Italy and our traditional recipes are surely better but in overall the tastes are good and you can feel well the differences between flavors

The ice cream is great. But man, it was like a sauna in there. My scoop went from ice cream to milkshake before I could finish.

It was my birthday and they would not honor it with a free scoop. was told I had to sign up for the birthday club. even with ID to prove my son they would not budge.

Good options (over 32 flavors!) and service is usually pretty good. Come when they have deals/specials.

Your run of the mill Baskin Robbins. It has everything you expect a baskin Robbins to have and doesnt disappoint. Its a great place to go if you want to skip the lines at the shops by the movie Theather nearby and its pretty quiet in the surroundings. Overall pretty good. The customer service was also great.

Ok place. There are so many new places to get ice cream that it is almost a waste to go here and spend so much on a mediocre ice cream. Especially when fosselmens is about 10 minutes away.
