The owner was very helpful and explained to me why it was best for the repair recommend. 2 days after the repair my car was shaking a bit, took it back owner kept the car for a day and told me what was wrong w the car something that has nothing to do with the repair even gave me a free print out and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it.

Best service ever. Jim knows how to fix and replaces Mercedes Benz Transmissions. Definitively highly recommend him

Refusal to honor warranty. Have the car in there four times and they make up different stories every single time. Once they say somebody obviously took the transmission apart and put it back together wrong. Then another time they say that it’s the power steering leaking. Then they say there’s no warranty because it overheated. All of which are not true and I have documentation for. I now have to take it to court and sue them .

This is a good shop to visit, Jim is an honest guy and wont burn you! Highly reccomend!

Bad quality work. doesnt use oem parts. Only good comments here are from people that dont know a thing about their own cars.
