Excellent, fast, friendly, knowledgeable service! A real find just a few blocks from my home in the Inner Richmond area. Owner Albert Baranovsky is friendly, professional and inspires confidence, I took in my mysteriously misbehaving Canon printer. Within 90 minutes, Albert called to tell me it was repaired. I definitely will use this service again.

Knows his stuff, but a very very difficult & unfriendly Russian-immigrant style about him. His retail store is a mess & dirty & untidy, the storefront a disaster. Oye Vey.

I was having an issue with my 10+ year old printer so I called this company to see if they work on this type of printer. I spoke with Albert and he said that yes they can help me, but before bringing it in he had me troubleshoot a few things over the phone and after we were done, my printer was working again! Thank you AOM. I would highly recommend.

Brought my Fellowes brand copier to be fixed by this kind gentleman named Albert I believe. I honestly didnt think it could be done as I had an IT friend look at it and pronounce it pretty much hopeless. Albert got it done in a timely fashion and frankly I was extatic at the price, since I would have had to probably buy a brand new one for my business. I will never go anywhere else again. Couldnt be happier.
