I’m surprised the review average is so bad here, but I guess most of the bad reviews are old. I’ve been here several times over the past year to pick up & send packages, and I find it reasonably efficient and friendly. There is sometimes a line but usually an extremely small one (1-2 people max). I always leave feeling like I accomplished what I needed to. There are other fed ex locations within walking distance of me, but I have no reason to ever consider visiting a different location since this one does a good job.
I have been here a couple of times and I can say that people here are very helpful and pleasant.
Lucy was very helpful and very kind, really appreciate her concerns of my packages. I had a rough day and she has the warm smile which made me smile. She offered tape to seal up my packages. Thank you again Lucy for all your help. The manager was very kind and always greets me as well. Keep up the good work!
It was so easy to ship boxes here and the staff was quick and friendly !!
I reached out to this location for a large printing job after trying other FedEx locations and spoke with Ben, who was very accommodating and provided superb customer service. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this place to anyone.Put in a print order and paid online for a time sensitive deliverable and guess what? Their system has been down and couldnt even tell if there were any print jobs sent to them. No one told me. I still got a confirmation. I was expecting to show up and pick up my print job but when I called to confirmed they literally told me to go else where maybe another FedEx printing location can help its almost 5 PM..... this is horrible customer service.

Worst service. And I feel the Asian lady who works in the counter is a racist. Because she was so nice to the white girl and when she served me she was very impatient. And even she double checked me ID. She still wrote my last name wrong on the label. Excuse me?
Sweet woman who is very kind and very well informed works here. I run into her when I am dropping things off at last minute - like at 7:45 p.m. Calm, cool and collected.
Been to this place multiple times. You will stand in line while employees completely ignore you and continue doing whatever they are doing. There can be a line out the door and the employees will go on pretending like no one is there. When they finally do come to assist, they take their time and are very impatient like we are a bother to them. Absolutely terrible service, I will make the longer drive to another store to avoid waiting 20+ minutes every time I walk in here.
Poor packers and service. They returned a package that they had packed and broken that had my handmade ceramics in it. Also made me wait in line, then told me they wouldnt send my packages after thinking about it. Stay away and use another business.
Closes at 5 and I got there at 4:55. Understandably, the employee was annoyed they I showed up right before close, but he started huffing and puffing and saying how he already shut down the computers and said “I mean do you really want me to turn it back on? It’s going to take another 5 minutes” like uh maybe don’t turn it off early
Went to this Fedex yesterday at 12:15pm. The lady on staff was very rude. I had to ship an item and was looking for boxes. She stated that I needed to use an electronics box and proceeded to pull it out and package my item. She never once said that there was a charge for that Fedex box she pulled from the back. I didnt find out about the cost until she rung everything up. The box was the same cost as the shipping cost. At this point, its not like I can remove my item from the box. She should have said something. I felt very deceived.

Soviet style customer service. Repeat incidents. Postal resentment from staff each transaction. Worst FedEx in SF. closes early. Go to 1967 Market Street across from Safeway at Church for ok service but best locations are downtown at 400 Howard (11pm) and 100 California (24 hour)

I have an awful experience at this place EVERYTIME I go, without fail. These people are BY FAR the most unmotivated, stupid, disrespectful people Ive ever seen. They consistently act like theyre doing YOU a favor by helping you.These shipping companies need more competition.
I have never encountered such poor service as I have at this fedex location. Carrie was extremely rude and left me dumbfounded at how she spoke to me. I would recommend another location.
Ive been shipping boxes for the last two weeks and there are two women there that are so kind and they are fast and do things at a good pace. The manager Omar is theeeeeee slowest and seems to be unintelligent person that I have ever met to be named a manager. He asks the same question numerous times. When I asked which scale to put my 52 pound package on he tells me one scale then after I lifted it tells me oh sorry I meant the other one. Im sorry Im a small woman and to lift that large of a box is a task to begin with. Thats why I wanted to do it only once. Im a very productive person that appreciates consolidation and this man lacks all of those characteristics. He seems to lack energy and focus. And I am amazed fedex has someone like that representing their store as a manager.
One of the slowest service. Avoid this one if you want something done fast.

We asked for a package to be sent next day to Napa Ca. The sales person was more concerned with selling us a special box for our items and instead rung transaction up as ground shipping, which was not received the next day. I had to buy replacement items to be sent to our client cause 4 days later they had not yet received our original item.
