This place is always super busy, which should only work to emphasize the stellar customer service I’ve received here despite the high volume of projects staff are constantly juggling. I do large scale stencil murals, and the staff at this location, without fail, have gone above and beyond to help me get my materials sized and printed in the most time efficient and cost efficient manner possible. Omar specifically was incredibly attentive to details, helping me over the phone, asking important clarifying questions, calling me back to troubleshoot and make sure everything was right, and getting my large scale project printed quickly, all with a wonderful sense of humor and a great deal of patience. While going in during rush hours can sometimes feel overwhelming with so many people waiting for help, as a general rule showing up in the morning will make everything easier. I’ve been printing in person and getting things printed here for 10 years, and I appreciate very much the consistency of the staff in their helpfulness. For the stress level and multitasking required of this job, all the staff should be paid significantly more.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I routed a package for pick-up at this location and it was clearly the wrong package when I picked it up. The sender was different and my pick-up label was pasted over another label with a different tracking number. Two different store reps said that they couldnt do anything about that and referred me to a customer service number. I called the number and the phone reps told me I needed to work with the store reps to resolve the issue.

I requested a bunch of very specific printing on line and the service was amazing. The staff there called me to ensure my project came out perfect and confirmed before printing so I wouldnt be surprised by anything when I can to pick up. I even got a call when it was ready and it was complete way ahead of schedule which was super helpful. Best Service Ive had in years. everything came out perfect.

Always friendly. A package was lost here and I dont have a magical story about how they went twelve extra miles and found it under an airplane wheel. They just lost it. So theres that. It was never found and it was in fact checked in over the counter. Receipt and everything. Never recorded as having left the building.

Slowest FedEx location EVER!! Ive been to other locations where Im in and out but this location has the slowest workers. Its gotten to the point where Im driving across town to a more reliable location just to ship a package. They need to be more efficient here. Its quite frustrating to customers.

Omg the lady Kate was alone in the office and took 20 minutes to pack and ship one box for me. There were 3 items She was not polite. I usually have a better experience with the workers in the afternoon or night.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Out of 4 people there was one working, the other 3 were having a personal conversation. To cut a long story short, I was eventually served and then told they were too busy to get a box and pack it for me, so I had to get a box, cutter and tape from them, cut it to size and pack it myself. NEVER have I been to a FedEx and told to pack my own box - especially when I was literally the only person at that time that needed serving. Terrible service. Unfortunately terrible service at this particular shop is common but this is the worst I’ve experienced.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this place but my experience today did not reflect the complaints. People, this is an often frustrating, minimum wage service job with a high turnover. Even today one person was clearly being trained.My simple print request was handled quickly and my non-standard file type was efficiently converted with a minimum of fuss that I rarely see at the most professional copy places. Thank you Omar.Furthermore the cost was remarkably cheap for the service and the other staff interactions that I observed seemed helpful and cordial.My general assumption is that the people who complain about the long lines, poorly maintained equipment and surly staff have never worked a service industry job and expect a foot massage while they bad mouth the overworked and underpaid.

Nobody greets you, ever. No hello, please, thank you, nothing. Youre all set waiting for YOU to thank THEM. 8 years and hundreds of packages shipped expertly via self serve, without their help, they fling major attitude when I ask for anything like supplies. Corporate cuts hours, increases profits, service suffers. Other locations are much better. I wouldnt want to work here.

Building code violation- despite 5 signs saying they have a working handicapped entrance/exit, no one answers when you ring and I was told I could not use the ramp to exit. Here are the pictures showing handicapped entrance sign. Have tried to speak to the manager about this multiple times but I am told she is in conference calls each time. Please stop this illegal activity!!!

The pits. There are always lines almost out the door, printing machines are frequently broken or operate at a glacial pace, and the entire ambiance makes you feel like youre stepping an 90s movie. Nostalgia be damned, a FedEx experience like this one makes you wish that a Silicon Valley startup would pivot and disrupt the scan/print/copy space-- Ill be holding off on paper work until my office reopens.

This FedEx most be overworking their employees massively, I have a package that was supposed to arrive the 26th and currently (the 14th, over two weeks later) I have yet to receive it. They say that they visited 4 times, I got two door tags but never had the doorbell rung. I live with 8 roommates one of which literally hadnt left the house in two weeks because theyre immunocompromised. Its impossible that nobody was home at any of the times they visited, so it is likely the employee was under too much pressure to actually ring and wait. They now wont release the package to me despite having ID with name comfirmed and knowing what the package is.

During Covid distancing, this place which has 3 printers usually has at least one out of order. Generally there is one occupied by an older person who appears to be photocopying the phone book for an hour. If your service is printing, then make policies that provide that quickly and safely.Can I suggest that anybody copying more than 10 pages either make an appointment or leave it for some type of after hours printing? Also, get your printer tech support there immediately - you can’t have printers down all the time.

I went to this store location last week, the week of my beloved sister’s funeral. An employee by the name of Laura was very helpful. She took her time to print the size of the locket picture that best fit. She made sure that I was satisfied and at the same time she took care of other customers which was great multitasking. This is true genuine customer service that I appreciate. It means a lot to me because everything was last minute but she took the time to help and I will never forget that.

Passive aggressive employee rejected my government issued ID because it doesn’t have my address on it even though my full name is on the ID and the package. Unnecessary and rude. This was after they failed to deliver my package to my house 5 days in a row, and made me pick it up at the store.

This was different, different because I have never taken a test like this. It was fun. I have worked with FedEx for years and I always appreciate the help that is given. Even when they are tasked by a large group of folks that really do not know that much about computers and printers. And I have been one of those people that did not know how to make prints of different sizes and finishes so I appreciate their help. I trust and can count on my packages being shipped and delivered on time. I have never been let down by FedEx. I have worked at a FedEx office when all our power went down. It was very easy to jump right back into work.

Assistant manager there called Alex was refused to assist me with fax machine. Not sure what the hell his problem is. Had me shout my questions over to him because he refused get anywhere near the fax machine. Kept saying instructions were on the side of the machine, but I’ve never used a fax before and didn’t know which slots to even put the paper in. Had to admit that aloud to a room while all the other customers stared. How humiliating, I wanted to cry.

It is a pity the time spent. You cannot send a fax, but the payment will leave. You can not print from your device or phone - the system simply does not work. The staff is just misleading - five minutes of waiting is not enough to wait? Printer? all day? do not waste time looking for other places with the best service and caring staff

I dont know why the negative complaints? I guess people just like to complain. I use this location several times a year to print documents. I do not own a printer. The computers are always up and running except one time about 4 years ago. A bit pricey but hey they are offering a service and maintaining computers is not cheap. Why should someone drive to Cesar Chavez ship center, which is halfway around the world LOL, the staff is always helpful.

Ive only been in here once so far but I had a good experience. I needed to drop of and pick up a package for work. The drop off was easy. The package was already set to go. As far as the pick up I wasnt given much info and it turned out the package had been returned. That was a problem on my end, not theirs. The woman that helped me was very nice and did what she could to find out what was going on. Considering the lack of info I appreciated her attitude. The interior definitely looks makeshift and they could use a style makeover.

Previously I have had a wonderful experience with a sales associate, who worked hard at helping me with scanning and saving pages. Unfortunately I do not recall his name. The last two days I have dealt with another man, who on both occasions refused to do a job of scanning and storing over 800 pages, whilst I wait. He said they are too busy and I have to place an order and return. I cannot leave these pages as they are rare and should there be a problem I would like to be present to help or answer questions. I am puzzled as to why this is happening, I know this will be a job costing about $200. Do they want to do business?

Rather than describe the entire comedy of errors, let me just say that going here is a total waste of your time and money. They are beyond incompetent! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.UPDATE: Months later I had to use their service again. After paying nearly $600 for printed reports, I asked to have a few other pages printed out, which I had on an SD card. Rather than saying, No problem, we can print that behind the counter in a few minutes, the guy says, It has to be on a USB. I knew full well that wasnt true. I pressed. Are you telling me you cant print from an SD card anywhere in this office? He THEN says, Yeah, but the other guy needs to help you and hes busy right now. What terrible customer service! These people were never trained a day in their life to provide good service. They act as if Im imposing on them. The other guy tells me the color printer is busy so Ill have to wait. By then I decided I dont want to give another penny to this terrible company. DONT GO HERE! Support other businesses instead.

For context, I usually go to a store location so I can take the headache out of shipping packages (especially international packages).I arrived at this location around 8:50pm hoping to be able to get in and out relatively quickly. Alex was the customer service representative on duty. As I was pulling the content of my packages out, Alex immediately told me that my order might be a little complex, so Alex recommended to go to the self-serve area. I go to the self-serve area where there are other confused consumers who I instantly develop a bond with out of solidarity. I attempt to login into my FedEx account and after a few minutes, was able to recover the password. As I start to go through the process of figuring out how the navigate their website for international packages, I get multiple errors just trying to get a quote.Its 9:15pm now. Frustrated, I walk back out to the counter and ask Alex for help. No cigar. Alex tells me since Im shipping products that have batteries, there would be a bunch of forms to deal with and it would be easier if I went back to the self-serve area.Again, I go back and spend a more time figuring it out. I finally was able to get all my shipping details in. When I got to the payment screen, I kept getting errors, so I go through my entire wallet trying to find a card to see if it was my card. No cigar. Eventually, for the 4th time, I ask Alex for help again. Alex comes by and checks to see what the issue is. Alex then tells me that I have to call the support line because he cant help me. Additionally, one of his coworkers comes by to tell me I have 10 minutes.I ask him if he can handle it up front at the desk - he tells me no, sorry man, we already shutdown our computers 30 minutes ago at 9:30, but you can check out our 24 hour location. So after an hour of trying to send one package, I Uber over to the 24 hour location in FiDi. I was greeted by a Jessica who helped me and get me in and out of there in under 20 minutes... when I spent over an hour at the last location.Are you joking? Jesus. Thanks Alex.

I consistently walk out of here not satisfied. Self serve printers are usually broken. Customer service is lacking and slow. Services are limited for mobile printing. Also the self serve printers are not connected to any regular printers so if you have an issue you are on your own. Parking in back is blocked by the law office which the spots are never full for the law firm.

I worked for this location for 4 days years ago The place is still a mess The computers were expensive to rent and the answer we were to give if problems arose...read the manual. Fellow staff were always angry. The Lesbian against the Gays was a big deal here. And for the life of me I cany figure out why. Maybe some of the staff did drigs or had hangovers. Terrible place to work for $13/hour which was a joke especially with the drama. The Manager Eli Sanchez never fired anyone of the angry workers. He hired a Marine who job was working copy machines in the marines and got out and got paid $13/hr to be a shift leader. High aspirations to the Marines!Supplies never there when you need them and of course turn over was and is still terrible. Want to buy just a pencil? Take a seat while the new guy presses 20 buttons to get a reciept than asks for help and finds no one will help. Your better of shoplifying the pencil believe me

As an FYI, this place is very easy to miss - right at the corner next to the pet store. theres always parking on Duboce so this place is totally driveable. the machines are ancient + the Internet is epically slow but if you need to scan / print something, this is y go-to in the neighborhood.

Just needing to print B&W papers, about a dozen, you pay BY-THE-MINUTE to use their computer to locate whatever you need, then its $0.49 a SIDE. It cost me nearly $8 for a dozen B&W papers printed. I recommend going to Colour Drop instead, I printed seven pages there for less than a dollar. This was stupidly expensive.

I came to this FedEx Kinkos with a very simple request — I brought two small poster JPGs on a USB and wanted the images printed to a 80-100Ib card stock. Both of the images were small — less than 11x17.I was first helped by a very scatterbrained older man who seemed like he didnt know what he was doing most of the time. He spent half an hour trying to print my simple task out on the old dinosaur printers on the floor. The first had a paper jam, and the others just wouldnt print. My card ended up being charged $10 for 0 prints, which thankfully was refunded. He was so loopy by the end that he handed my printing task off to a younger gentleman who was brighter and got them printed under 10 minutes on the printers behind the desk. That said, by this time I had already spent nearly an hour in the shop and was pretty frustrated. It was such a simple task!!While the people there did their best to help me, it just seems like the printers in this shop are out of date and the staff isnt very knowledgeable. I would not recommend coming here with your printing to-dos. If you do, order your prints online ahead of time so theyre ready for pickup.
