Super helpful to try out these chairs in person. Small order - buying 1-2 chairs for my wife and I, but they were still happy to help.Just make sure to call in advance for an appointment.
Went during business hours, mid day a little after 11am. Doors were locked. Knocked. Saw someone far on the other side behind a pillar, who VISIBLY DUCKED AWAY AND HID UNTIL WE LEFT. Looks like other reviews see similar. Looks like this is a showroom for big companies / big purchases, by-appointment only. Itd be nice if they said that anywhere.
I was considering buying a Leap and found this place on Steelcases website. Walked in, turned out this is not a showroom, its an office (even though it really looks like a showroom). Employees inside cant help and suggest to go seek a sales person upstairs (and theres a coworking space there with no one around). Stepped out, tried to give them a call but no one picked up the phone.Dont waste your time.
Drove across town to visit an office furniture store that tagged itself as open on a Sunday. It is neither an office furniture store nor is it open on Sunday. I did see a guy through the window give me a blank stare. Must be a designer. Anyways, I realize taxonomies in google maps are not that robust. But save someone like me some time next time by not tagging your corporate hq as a store open on Sundays or talk google into distinguishing vendors for home vs. large scale office suppliers.
What the other people said. Looks abandoned. Phone number connects you to some other office.
Nobody there. Front desk security not nice either.
Rushed here after work (Im visiting from out of town) so that I could check out a chairs for our office. Showed up and the showroom was closed because the employee went home early. Security suggested I call to make an appointment in the future. Save yourself the trouble and call before showing up.
