Gary Brawer re-fretted my Fender Silver Anniversary 1978 Strat. The work was excellent. I feel as though I just took it off the music store rack. I love my strat because of him. I have a brand new Silver anniversary strat because of Gary Brawer. 2nd Strat! Gary put a Floyd Rose locking tremolo on my 2017 strat I bought brand spanking new. The tremolo was gold so he thru a gold jack plate and re=fitted the guitar with gold screws. He tossed that in Gratis. The new Action on the strat greatly surpasses what the factory had set.My strat can dive -bomb and come back in tune.Dear Gary, please do not ever retire!

Superb staff! Gary Brawer is the Man. He is also a really nice man. All of my guitars (a lot) have been to Gary and staff. Gary is now kind of a celebrity in the guitar tech world, but is still the same, great guy he always was! I only take my Guitars here......simply the best.

These guys are the BEST. Been going for several years, brought several of my instruments, their work is TOP NOTCH. Their service is TOP NOTCH. Friendly as could be, they bend over backwards, and deliver just ace, ace work. One minor thing: they do sometimes take longer than they say or predict, so please be patient, and understand that if this happens, you will get stellar work done if you can hang in there. Completely worth it though.

Geoff Gould, of G. Gould basses, founder of Modulus, referred me to Gary Brawers store and I now know why! They are truly amazing. Fernando took my call, did not pass me off, and searched for two tiny spacers I needed for my Modulus TBX low B Gotoh tuner. He found them, and stopped to mail them to me NO CHARGE! Talk about a culture or YES, NO PROBLEM! I am amazed and thankful! 5 STARS!

I really appreciate the work these guys do. I will bring all my guitars here, no question. I recommend them to every guitarist I meet. Gary is a great guy, and everyone Ive talked to at this shop has been very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you get exactly the performance you need from your instrument. They did a fantastic neck reset for me on a 1975 acoustic, and it is now my favorite and most comfortable acoustic to play. I cant say enough good things about this shop; Ill be bringing two more of my guitars in soon!

Friendly, helpful staff that does great repairs and mod work at reasonable prices. Given their excellent reputation among professional guitarists, they could charge a lot more, but they dont gouge their customers. Also, although they are always very busy, theyll take the time to help customers figure out what they really want or need done. Theres no arrogant BS either, unlike many guitar shops.

Cant imagine anyone would give less than five stars to this store. I would give six, if that was possible. Took in a 93 fender p bass deluxe with a broken pickup and issues with the electronics. Both times I went to the shop everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and yet was very cordial. The final cost was extremely reasonable and the bass didnt play this good when new. Cant recommend this shop enough. Special shout out to Fernando. Best customer service ever and a lot of fun as well.
