My favorite record store.

Noise is a fantastic place to buy vinyl! They have LPs of every genre I can think of. Sara, who runs this wonderful store for her son, Daniel, knows the inventory and can tell you something about each record and the artist. Amazing that she has all of this in her head ready to relay to anyone interested. I also love that she takes a photo, of it’s OK with people, of them and the music they bought. This makes it so personal: real people buying real music.

Noise is my favorite record store to visit in San Francisco. Its the kind of record store that you HOPE to find (and rarely do)--the stock is clean and in excellent condition; the variety is wide; the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Sara played fun music in the store, and I had a good time eavesdropping as she gave other customers recommendations and played records for them while I shopped. They arent just riding a trend.

Has the best selection

I love this record store! I collect vinyl, and out of the records store around the city, this one particular excites me based on the volume of records they keep in stock, and the regular refresh of stock. Friendly owners who fit right into the neighborhood. They have live jazz shows, too.

Greatest store ever ! Sara is so so so sweet and helpful and kind. So many cool records to see and pick from, plus they get new stuff every week . Totally going to bring my friends here so they can see how great it is
