Options to ship UPS, FedEx or if you dare, USPS...yes! AND they will package it all up for shipping. We have a box here for years, and to know that packages are delivered safely and held until we are able to pick up makes this an easy decision. Convenience, quality of help, ease of use all equal time savers for us. Bonus: Tony and Bobby are the best!

They are sooo nice. I couldnt be there to accumulate and wrap presents for my grandson who is a huge SF Giants fan. Bobby and Tony put together the nicest package which involved receiving the deliveries, unpackaging and very beautifully repackaging with white tissue paper. I hadnt even asked for that. They made his day!

Nice neighborhood postal location. Good selection of shipping/packaging options and cards, boxes etc. Smaller than the fedex and narrower hours but the clerks are friendlier in my experience.

Dropped off a package with a prepaid label to be returned, and after dealing with the employees inappropriate commentary about the article of clothing I was shipping back, had to follow up a week later as the tracking number was never even showing with USPS. The employee shrugged it off, and the terribly rude manager/owner claimed no responsibility for it even though the employee acknowledged taking responsibility of it and was the last confirmed person to have it in possession. The package is now lost & I am now out $125 due to whatever issue they had with simply handing a package off to USPS. Walk to the UPS store on Chestnut, USPS on Lombard or FedEx on Fillmore, and skip this place entirely. They all have WONDERFUL customer service there. Inept and rude is a terrible combination, especially when it costs you over $100 for the experience. I will never be returning.

Thanks for putting me on hold for five minutes and forgetting about me all while I had to listen to your stoner banter. I just wanted to verify the address so I can get my package sent there. How can I entrust you with that if you cant even remember that you put someone hold? Smoke less weed.

Extremely expensive. Walked 2 blocks down the street to FedEx and saved $300. $450 vs $150. Take it or leave it attitude.
