Best craft beer selection in all of Sunset District. Love this place...Whiskey selection is awesome!!!I love this place.Under new ownership!

There are liquor stores and then there is SF Room Service. These guys are a step above the rest. Great selection and friendly knowledgeable atmosphere. Make this your shop if you are in the neighborhood.

Awesome little neighborhood store for all the beer and liquor and snacks. The employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.If they dont have something they are happy to order it.Apparently they recently changed owners and its clear the new owners are going out of their way to make every customer love them.Cant wait to see how they grow and develop, theyre easily already my first stop for booze and snacks in the Inner Sunset.

Been awhile since I last came in this store. Happened to be in the neighborhood and thought of checking it out. Place is noticeably more organized and clean. More choices of items. The person working in the register/front is awesomely helpful and patiently assisted me with my inquiries. I learned that the store is now under new management and trying to deeply improve its service into much faster delivery. Good luck!

It was pretty late at night to the point where stores were closed. I was looking for an ice cream store cus I was craving when I came across SF room service!! I was really surprised that they served ice cream at that time! It was for a good price and the customer service was really well despite the time. I found out that the store sells more than just ice cream. I felt more than welcome to come back next time! 10/10

Fantastic selection of beer, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and they stay open late. Havent used delivery svc as Im only a few blocks away, but Im confident it wouldnt disappoint. Highly recommended.

As long as I have lived in San Francisco which is close to 10 years now, I have been a customer of SF Room Service. It wasnt until the company recently experienced a change in ownership that I became a happily devoted customer. It is now family owned and operated with a tremendous amount of care. A service-based company whos initiative is to satisfy their clientele is a breath of fresh air. They are sweet people running a no-brainer business model and they are doing everything they can to make it better than it was before.To give an example, Teresa who is the mother of the owner, has hand-delivered to me my order on multiple occasions at very late hours and added an extra bottle of wine as an apology for glitches in their current website while checking out. They are currently updating the site so glitches should not be an issue moving forward.To sum it up, SF Room Service is a thoughtfully and sincerely family-ran, local business who offers a convenient service at all hours, with well-priced product and impeccable customer service. I think that sums it up?

I live in Australia and had a surprise box of beer delivered to my brother in SF for his 21st birthday. With the time difference there was a bit of a mishap regarding the delivery time, but when I called the office the people were so over the top helpful and promised they would make sure the gift would arrive by the end of the night. I couldnt have imagined a better scanario. My brother just so happened to be the one who opened the door and was so surprised!!!!! They even helped me include a note and I especially appreciate the 21st that was written so beautifully. You guys are awesome! Thank you for helping me make my baby bro feel special even though I am across the world! :)

Great service, always on time, carrying a wide selection of products. Best thing is they dont charge delivery fee. A very good option for when you go to Dolores Park and run out of drinks!

The manager went above and beyond to go to a different delivery location and not charge a delivery fee when I messed up my order online. Couldnt be more impressed by the service!

I ordered two bottles of vodka late last night. I live by geneva ave. I recieved my items in 25 minutes. I will definitely use their service again. They are open untill 1:30am on the weekends.!

Miss a call? youre banned for life. If this place isnt out of business because of worst customer service ever... Im literally staging a protest. You just dont treat customers like crap that have been loyal through the years over one missed call. Plus Saucy is better anyways

False advertising, terrible service, literally any other place would be better.I placed an online order for delivery and they accepted the order and payment. They then proceeded to cancel the order due to it not meeting a minimum order size much higher than the advertised minimum stated on their site.Bait and switch. We will not be returning.

Ive been living in SF for a while but I never really knew what SF room service was until I came across it. It turns out that they give free delivery for anyone who lives in the area! I ordered some cheese and salame late at night and was surprised that the delivery was for free!! Not many places do this so I find it really beneficial and new. Im most likely gonna come back to this place for more cravings!
