Bought an item online and needed to exchange it and it wasnt easy.1 - No return tag included in my order2 - Didnt send me a tag I could print when I wanted to exchange it, I had to pay to send it back via USPS3 - When I received the exchanged product, finally, it was the wrong itemHowever, they fixed the problem. I will give credit where credit is due. They next day air shipped me the correct item at no extra cost.Very happy that they fixed the issue, but the customer support portal could use some love.
