This place has some very stylish and cool stuff. Ive always been able to find good shoes here and the other accessories like shirts are pretty neat as well.The thing that impressed me on my last visit was how well cushioned and supportive some of the fashionable shoes are.Also during this visit they had a great selection of face mask and they had them on sale for as little as $5 each.Shirts were on sale as well buy one get 50% off the second and they have a nice collection of the newer patterns for shirts.And the staff, well the staff were fabulous.

Very good with a lot of choices

A long standing tradition in our family is to purchase a business pair of Johnston and Murphy shoes. This is a great location to continue on the tradition for the serious business person. The staff is very helpful and the store was very well organized.

It our family tradition to come and stay in the city for the holidays. Johnston and Murphy is on our list of places to stop by. Our experience today can be described as one of the shadiest retail experiences ever. I picked up two shirts and handed over to the sales associate. She informs me that both shirts are not in stock but can be shipped to me. I agreed and proceeded to continue with the transaction.Each of those shirts were on sale + 25% coupon. Total for both $74.98. I thought, really great price and was encouraged by the sales associate to pick two more, do I did. Suddenly one of the 1st shirts I picked are no longer available and the other shirt I picked from the same lot are no longer on sale. The whole thing was so ridicules, that I decided to walk away.This is wrong and in my opinion is a business practice that prays on tourists and the weary. I will no longer shop this store especially when no polite effort was done by the manager to explain or offer a solution. Don’t support such behavior. Don’t shop there.

I bought some shoes there a few days ago. I gave the salesman my credit card and checked out. By the time I got home an hour later I got got an alert from credit card co. The salesman had not returned my credit card and had wasted no time making fraudulent charges as soon I walked out the door. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

Good deals on some quality merchandise. If I dressed in this manner often, Im sure Id be a regular. Helpful staff at this location as well.

A few years back, I purchased a rather expense pair of dress shoes here. Once day I needed to replace a broken shoelace. Not only were they very accommodating in getting replacement laces, the nice folks spoke to me about their shoe repair services. Im going back there to have my shoes resoled and brought back to life.

I knew what type of shoe I was looking for, and I was in the store and out with my purchase within 15 minutes. And the shoes are always great.

I enjoy the shoes here, but the pushiness of the staff (bringing out unrelated shoes I didn’t ask for, assuming I wanted add ons unless I explicitly said no) make me reluctant to buy again in person.
