The team at stonestown ecco couldnt have been better. they were busy, but were still able to multi task, without making me feel like they were busy. i never owned an ecco shoe so they talked me through finding the best fit for my needs. very happy with what i bought, very happy with stonestown ecco, thank you. - terence

Comfortable shoes

Aside from their on-line wider selection, you might find something good for you. I did am Im impressed with what I bought, a light weight flexible and supportive daily concrete hoking boot. Thus, I bought two different colors.

Was in ECCO trying to buy a pair of shoes the first lady was helpful till she pawned me off on to the second sales person who I felt could of cared less if she made a sale or not, I am handicapped an needed help with the shoestrings, an the lady was acting like I was stupidI left saying that I guess your not interested in making a sale, she would have been fired on the spot if she worked in my store..But maybe ECCO doesnt care about the special needs customers or just dont want to stay in businessA disappointed special needs customerS.

Got the run around from the person working here at 11am today. Super frustrating experience trying to return a pair of shoes, that had never been worn, and that had a clear and blatant defect. I buy Eccos here like every other month. No love. Sad face. BTW... their water resistant product is terrible. It will ruin your shoes. DO NOT APPLY IT TO YOUR SHOES... IMHO

I came into Ecco looking for some comfortable work shoes and happily left with some Soft 7s. In general, the prices are kinda high but the customer service was worth the price. I was helped by Breanna & Estella and they were very helpful and kind. During my visit in Ecco, there were some middle age women trying on shoes and being very rude, entitled, and disrespectful to the Ecco staff. 5 stars for the customer service and patience for these ladies because I was mind blown at how rude their regulars are. Cut retail workers some slack people, theyre human too! Will definitely be visiting Ecco Stonestown again.. hopefully next time less pretentious shoppers will be shopping while I am haha!
