The manager, Rick, is awesome. This Praxair was my husbands and my first experience with filling welding cylinders when my husband started welding, and it set the standard for customer service and knowledge extremely high. We started off hesitant since we didnt quite know the SOP but Rick was more than patient and friendly. Hes gone above and beyond to help us out and thanks to him, SF Praxair is the only place we go for welding cylinders.

Easy location to find and there is on site parking. The staff is as friendly as you can imagine a warehouse staff to be. They have propane and will fill your forklift tanks quickly and at a fair price. If you do large volumes they have a variety of delivery services available as well.

This is a nice place if you are looking for welding supplies. They have a nice crew of helpful peoole.

Waited a long time for assistance even when he knew I was waiting. Didnt even acknowledge my presence until I approached him. Very poor customer service.

Abysmal customer service. I just asked a simple question about refilling a CO2 tank and was yelled at by customer service. I dont get it.

Tanks. Anything else, the staff cant be bothered or will sell you the wrong stuff just to get back to doing nothing.
