Delicious treats! Not a lot of space inside, but well run and once you get through the line you get your tasty treats quickly. Up to three toppings free with the ice cream lots of choices. Nice neighborhood, lots of fun things to do before and after. Close walk to the bay if you want to walk with your ice cream.

We had 4 different ice creams; mango, vanilla, chocolate, cookies & cream and they were all fantastic. Kids can watch them make and roll the ice cream which was very entertaining for them

Excellent rolled ice cream, way better toppings in terms of both quality and quantity compared to the bigger chains. Friends said their boba tea was also very good. Very much hoping they take off, would come back again. Thank you!

Avoid this place. I ordered milk tea with boba and it came out in a coffee cup without boba. I asked where’s the boba and the girl just gave me paper cup with boba in it. I was like, how am I supposed to drink this?? I ask her to put it in a normal boba cup and mix the boba and milk tea together and she said I have to charge extra to mix them together and put it in a new cup. WORST PLACE EVER. Do not go there.

We came here around 6PM and ordered a strawberry rolled ice cream and it came with 3 toppings so we got strawberries, banana, and mochi. We also got a salted caramel rolled ice cream and a cookies and cream one. It didn’t take long for it to be ready for us to eat and I felt like the price is pretty good. They stuffed the ice cream in the cup which was much appreciated and tasted really good, but they didn’t give too much toppings. It wasn’t too sweet and satisfied our ice cream craving. The service was quick and friendly. It wasn’t crowded and there’s a small area to eat inside with 2 notebooks to draw in. It was very fun to flip through them and see what some people drew/wrote in it. There were some pretty cool drawings and also some pretty interesting ones. I would come back here and try some of their other foods!

I get that you might have a lot of delivery orders, but if its going to take you literally 25 minutes to make a bubble tea and an ice cream, you need to tell me that when Im ordering, especially when its 90° out and theres no shade to wait in.The Thai tea ice cream and bubble tea were passable but not amazing. Prices were pretty low, especially for San Francisco.

Had some of their bubble tea. The drink was thick and viscous with lots of oddly-shaped non-bubble chunks, as if it hadnt been sieved properly or something during the initial brewing process. I honestly couldnt finish it and had to throw it out. The flavor was fine. But the texture was chalky, like they didnt add the right ratio of water to powder or something.

A small place, but food was tasty.I didnt order their boba though. I ordered the rolled ice cream and some fruit tea. Theyre both are great.I only wish that they would open near the area where I live. Would be great since its missing good ice cream place / milk tea.

Very nice place, would come back here again! Staff are very friendly, and easy to conversate with. I ordered an Oolong Milk Tea, Thai Green Milk Tea, and Oreos and Cream Rolled Ice Cream. I love how you can watch the workers make your order behind the counter, and service is very fast. 10/10 would come here again!

The ice rolled is ok, they have fresh fruit as toppings which is nice. The 3 stars review is because the girl that made my ice rolls was checking her phone taking it out of her pocket with the food service glove already on. Please if you are making food for others respect the hygiene rules.

Loved rolled ice cream with fresh fruits on top. Fresh fruit teas with bobas good too. Mango matcha’s one of the top sellers. Came to happy cow with a smile in and out the door.

I had a great experience here. The customer service was friendly! Ordered the chocolate sundae with soy milk. It was delicious! There are dairy free options offered coconut or soy milk. There are teas, pitaya and acai bowls along with their Thai rolled icecream. Price is great and portions are average.

Delicious rolled ice cream and standard (aka tasty) boba. The staff member happened to be experimenting with a new flavor of ice cream while I was there and gave me a free sample - will definitely be coming back for more!

Great roll ice cream place on DogPatch! The ladies who run the shop are working round the clock to make you the best roll ice cream you can find in the area :)Mango and Cookie’n’Cream seem to be the popular choices. You also get an option of 3 toppings for free.They do also serve Boba Tea here too!Place was quite busy when we showed up and there was line to get all the orders out. Best come here after lunch when it’s the hottest time of the day :)
