I bought my first ever motorcycle from SF Moto and it was the BEST experience I could have had! Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, from Frank who talked to me and eased my fears when I first called in, to Ray who helped me try out motorcycles at the shop and think through which one was the best fit for my needs, to Austin who got me all set up with my motorcycle and went over every single detail of maintenance and care with great patience and knowledge, to Eric who last minute offered to deliver my motorcycle to my place free of charge (and who is also the owner! The fact that the owner of the shop would offer to take an evening to deliver a motorcycle to one customer boggles my mind and also shows how much they truly care about every single customer that shops with them!)For the price conscious consumer - I also did some price comparison with the other 2 Honda dealers in the area - not only did neither of them have the model I wanted in stock, the unboxing/dealer fee at East Bay Motorsports was significantly higher. If youre looking to buy a motorcycle in SF -- theres really no reason to go anywhere else. Eric and the team -- THANK YOU for my making my first purchase experience so wonderful!
My bike broke down on the way home, and I was super fortunate to be about a block from this shop. They don’t work with Triumphs, but were super friendly and helped me do a quickly once over of the bike to make sure it wasn’t something simple (it ended up being a complicated electrical problem). Anyhow, this happened on a Friday night and they let me store my bike for a reasonable price until I could get it towed. Great group of folks. Would highly recommend.
I would wholeheartedly recommend buying from SF Moto. The staff was professional, courteous and went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of. They helped me secure financing, find affordable insurance, and got me in and out promptly, without hassle. I am an inexperienced rider and when I expressed hesitation about riding the bike through the city and across the bridge, they arranged to deliver the bike to my home in Vallejo. Then, the owner, Eric, personally delivered the bike...on his day off! Now thats customer service!!!
You close at 5pm. I called at 4:46 and you repeated to hang up on me. Really appreciated that.
I traded two motorcycles in and bought a new one at SF Moto. Everyone I encountered at the shop was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Big thank you to Eric the owner with whom I mainly worked with for my trading/purchasing. My experience here was very positive and I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a place to buy, trade or sell!
I needed all new gear and the gear shop here was very helpful. They listened to what I was looking for, lined me up with exactly what I wanted, helped get the fit just right, and let me take my time ensuring the gear was comfortable still after wearing for a bit. Very happy with the gear I got and I definitely would recommend them.
Everything you could ever ask for in a dealership.Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great no hassle pricing, large inventory of bikes. You cannot go wrong here. Shop here and you wont bother going to another dealership. They have earned a repeat customer for sure!
I bought my first motorcycle from SF Moto this past June. I came in on a day I got off early from work when I was still shopping around, and after speaking with one of their staff members for just a few minutes, I knew this was the place I was going to purchase my bike from. The entire process was amazing. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and knowledgable! They have a huge inventory of used motorcycles, a full service department, and plenty of products to buy just about anything you could need. They answered all my questions on the day I came to purchase, got me set up with everything I did not already own, and even helped me get the bike loaded in the back of my truck to transport home (they offer delivery as well, but since I have a truck, I didnt need that).I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle, whether its their first, or just their most recent. Prices for products are competitive, and if they dont have it in stock, they can most likely order it for you. Thank you guys and gals so much for the great service, you made this new rider very happy!
Mixed feelings. Sometimes good service other times slightly vampy. Ive spent thousands of dollars there, so I expect that I can call to get professional advice on all that Ive bought.
Julie and Teresa were great! Super helpful and the atmosphere is super laid back. It was the best and easiest buying experiences!
I’m a new rider and everyone at the shop was fantastic! I didn’t feel pressured they were all super knowledgeable and helped me find the right bike for me. Frank did a fantastic job getting me set up. And Eric helped me through the process of buying the bike.
Fantastic dealer!I flew from Nevada to San Fran to buy my bike from them. Such personal and professional service.A gift really to find such amazing people willing to go the extra mile for you.
SF Moto is the best hands down. Everyone that I’ve dealt with there has been super nice, helpful, straight forward, and professional. As a new rider they made me feel comfortable and explained things thoroughly. So glad I got my bike from them!
Looking to get my first bike and had a TON of questions. They have people who specialize in each department and they are all super friendly and very helpful. I now have a good idea on which bike will be a good fit for me and all the gear Ill need, and what to budget for all of it. Never made me feel dumb or like I was a bother. Highly recommend!
They charged the battery for my Grom for free!! Ill definitely be taking my bike there for its next service 🔧
Great experience from start to finish.Knowledgeable and friendly staff from sale department to mechanics.Eric, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with my new Versys 650.Thanks to all.
I highly recommend SF Moto service center for your motorcycle service repairs and maintenance. My bikes battery was not holding charge, I had replaced the battery but the problem continued, so I decided to take my motorcycle to SF Moto service center. The technicians there were friendly and professional. They looked at my bike and found the problem, with in two days, I got a call from them to inform me of the total estimate, which I found it to be very reasonable. They performed the work in a timely fashion and effectively. Since then, my bike has been working great. If you are looking for a motorcycle shop Sf Moto service center is the place you want to go to. Defeneatly, great service all around.
I would say the thing that stands out the most about SF Moto is the service. Everyone I talked to was super courteous and friendly. Its a completely different experience than what Ive experienced at other dealerships. I would most definitely be back whenever my bike needs service.
I recently sold my motorcycle to SF Moto. The whole process was very quick, smooth and easy. The staff was responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend SF Moto to anyone.
Great huge dealership inside SF since there aint much to see anymore except skyrises. Glad this mom and pops store is still here! We have aquired bunches of motos and scooters for our dismantle department! Nothing but good things to say!General Manager - WILL
I bought my Honda phantom shadow from SF moto and ever since I’m kind of a high maintenance dude so I kept buying aftermarket parts foot-peg /lights /mirrors and new speed monitors, they are so professional they helped me with everything, & the pricing is amazing these guys are really cool and they’re really friendly and I like doing business with them.
Had what I needed and gave some good lube advice, after Cycle Gear said they had on phone, but actually did not.. Thanks SF Moto!
I purchased my Honda NC-750 here and use their shop for upgrades and repairs. In particular, Ray (in the shop) has been excellent. He is the rare combo of very knowledgeable AND great at customer service. I feel comfortable that he is giving good advice (and not just upselling me) on things for my bike.
If you want a good customer service and employees with knowledge about motorcycle is the right place!!!!
SF Moto is a fantastic dealership. In purchasing my first motorcycle (2017 Kawasaki KLR650), I dealt with five individuals; the young man who showed me the bike, two sales reps, a knowledgable gear associate and the owner of the business. Everyone was friendly, low key and supportive. Prices are as advertised; the shop does not negotiate. Eric, the owner personally delivered my motorcycle and spent about an hour going over every detail, from starting it up through maintenance. Ive also spoke with the service department; they were very willing to provide all of the details of the motorcycle components and exactly what procedures were done to get it sale ready. The entire business model is a class act!
Fantastic place. Made special arrangements for me to test ride the floor model, answered all the questions. Everybody in the store was super helpful.
Well informed, low key, patient, sales staff willing to help if you ask. COVID safe and well managed shop. Easy to buy and enjoyed the Finance and Parts Dept interactions as well. Followed up on my order and delivery dates too. The owner Eric was great to chat with and equally helpful when he delivered my new 2021 CRF250F. Easy to work with moto shop.
The staff SF Moto very kind friendly informative please if you’re going to purchase a motorcycle and have any questions go there
I would give SF MOTO 6 stars if i could! We bought a crf250f a little more than a year ago as they had probably the last crf250f on the west coast. Drove there from Oly WA to get it for my son as his graduation present since we couldnt take a trip because of the rona. (wrote a review about that as well). BUT got an email this week that i had some rewards points to be used-obviously since im not close to them, would be hard to use them, but when i called, Efrain was awesome and actually took some pics of some honda shirts, and he actually used my points to get me 2 honda shirts and shipped them out to me! Now, some may say thats no biggie, but they could have just said there was no way to do it, as it would take someone time to go figure out what i wanted, and then time and $ to ship it, but Efrain went the extra mile when he totally didnt have to! If we are in the market for another crf, i honestly think i will road trip it and get another bike from them. Anyone that is actually within driving distance-this would be my go to for sure!!
Friendly service from the staff!
Favourite bike store with the nicest people ever!
In the same day we purchases the same motorcycle from two different dealerships and I have to say that having the buying experiences back to back made it perfectly clear that SF Moto is superior! We would have had a much easier experience if we had been able to buy both of our bikes with SF Moto. Every detail was thought of and taken care of. We were so grateful everyone in the shop was following health guidelines at this time. We worked with Teresa, she answered all of our questions and walked us through all of our options with so much knowledge and no pressure. The shop was well stocked with everything we needed. The walk through of the motorcycle with Ray was extremely helpful. Everyone on staff had a positive attitude, was working hard and were ready to help however they could. I live an hour and a half from SF Moto but Ill be making future trips into their shop for all my motorcycling needs because the service they provide is so excellent! Its worth the trip!
Just rip off!!!!!!! go other place ..trust me there is a lot better place to fix your scooter . Old guy in finance is really rude . try to sell you all kind to make his commission . TIGER SCOOTER REPAIR in sf is the best and cheap compare to them . Never see u and recommend you ..............no business for you.
I brought my Kawasaki ninja 650 2019 in for some one to look at it and tell me I have been braking it in right. They gave me the look over before taking it in and then when returning my bike it was clean and smooth riding! Great job in my opinion. I also just for reference I took automotive in college so I am not clueless. Great job SF Moto!
I have been a fan of SF Moto for decades. There is a reason they have survived when other shops haven’t. They are extremely professional and honest. Everyone at SF Moto is really good at what they do, they do not overcharge, and they help you save money rather than try to squeeze every dollar they can out of you. Highly recommended!
Cant say good enough about this place and people working there. Extremely courteous, nice and above all professional. Dont look elsewhere for your needs, regardless if youre buying or repairing motorcycle.
These guys rock. Super friendly, great customer service. We are lucky to have these guys in SF!!
Super friendly! I was over charged 45 bucks. As I was about to leave one of the guys found me and told me he over charged me. They refunded it quickly and sent me on my way. As always, they took great care of my bike. Its really the best shop in the Bay Area!! I love that my scheduled service, and then the addition of new brake pads and battery, still only took a few hours. I was back on the road the same day!
Great sales people. They know their stuff and they are always happy to talk about bikes. Ive learned so much
I had been looking on cycle trader for quite some time for a very specific bike, 2017/18 Ducati Cafe racer. Eric and his team at SF Moto happen to have what I was looking for. I contacted Frank in sales and he was amazing! Answers all me questions and got back to me on the information I requested as well as let me know what they could and couldn’t do, ( I was trying to work a discount and Frank kindly let me know their bikes were well priced and they did Not discount) I recognized it was a very fair price and went to SF to look at the bike. I had pre-qualified and done most of the work before I got there Teresa in finance was also really amazing! Very friendly (not pushy at all on the aftermarket stuff) and very informative she made buying my bike easy! Finally as everything is complete the bike is pulled out for me to view and Eric (the owner) was the one to do a safety inspection and deliver (super impressive the owner took the time to go over everything on my bike). Once delivery was done and we had laughed and joked around I had mentioned the bike was missing the rear seat cowling and Eric was able to order it (from Italy no less) and get it to me within a week! Overall experience was the best I’ve had purchasing a motorcycle from anywhere! I will definitely be looking to them for my next bike purchase (adventure bike if your reading this Eric, lol) in the near future. Thank you sales, finance, the guys in parts for the Shoei helmet and the techs for even helping me load and secure, fantastic team of people that definitely take pride and care.
Ray and Chris and the whole SF Moto team helped me to dig a scooter out of storage, get it shipped to them and make the repairs necessary, explaining the whole process to me up front and keeping me in the loop over the time it took to get the scooter up and running. Their estimate was spot-on what it actually cost. In addition their business office is helping me navigate the DMV to get the bike street-legal, so to speak. I’d take any issue I had to them with complete trust.
Purchased our second set of motorcycles today. Super happy with the price and service. They are friendly, professional, and accommodating.
SF Moto staff made it really easy on buying a motorcycle. Thank you!
Love these guys - knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and flexible! Ive had two bikes maintained by them and bought one from them. Ive had nothing but good experiences. Highly recommend!
At SF Moto I was able to confidently choose my first motorcycle. I came in looking for one thing, and went out with a bike that actually looked and felt better, while also being more cost friendly. I have also gone to SF Moto’s service team that helps me maintain my bike. They are very helpful, and they really do work as fast as they can. On my last trip they finished a maintenance job on my bike in less than half an hour, and it only came out to $3 because SF Moto has a points rewards system. When you buy a bike, pieces, clothing, and gear from SF Moto you easily rack up points that save you lots of money. These points have saved me $400 or more in the past year, and it’s only my first year with the bike. These are the most honest mechanics I know, and they are not trying to take as long as they can on service jobs to get the most money out of you. To them, good reputation is how they thrive, and they have earned that. On the plus side too they are nice people to talk to, and I usually end up staying to talk to them longer than I plan to.Thanks to everyone at SF Moto!
These guys are the best when it comes to service. Super honest. Saved me money with great advice. Much better than Bay Area suburban motorcycle shops.
Helpful and attentive stuff, a true SF gem.P.S: theres some on street parking, but space is highly limited, so if youre thinking to pick up your bike on a truck plan accordingly.
Great dealership. Service Dept. is a star. Maybe not the cheapest service, but you can be assured that its done right. Because riding a bike is dangerous enough, you dont need to add to the risk by riding a poorly maintained bike.UPDATE: Thank you to both Parts and Service for very quickly sourcing and installing a my new set of tires. I gotta say, she looks pretty dope in her new shoes, and just in time for a Labor Day weekend ride.Always a pleasure doing business with SF Moto. Until next time!
Great service, let me peruse to my hearts content. Never came across as pushy. Takes covid precautions seriously!
Not a fan. Zero customer service or salesmanship. I had to ask questions, I’m an uninformed buyer, the sales girl gave me no additional information on her own. It felt like she didn’t really care to sell me the scooter or thought I wasn’t serious who knows. Went to Mr. Scooter and was well taken care of. Bought my first scooter!!
Helped me with battery change. Raju is very skilled & a general cool dude. 👍👍
They had the part I wanted and cheaper than I was expecting, much friendlier people than the previous place I went... So Ill spend my money here more often.
Best bike sales and service in San Francisco.
Surprisingly large selection and really helpful and informative staff. Purchasing was made easy, fast, simple and I greatly appreciated the thoughtful opinions and answers to my questions. Would recommend to anyone.
As a motorist, my life is already on the line, but SF Moto has been making it even more dangerous. First of all, they sold me a defective item, Lance Scooter PCH 200i came out of the shop with a defective engine. The engine made a pop sound and stop running in the middle of the road. The latest issue with the scooter is with the muffler. As you can see in the pic, the muffler came off in the middle of a ride.STEER CLEAR. Do NOT purchase a Lance scooter.
The service is impeccable and their selection of both new and used bikes is great. I would highly recommend this place to anybody whos interested in purchasing a motorcycle.
Whether youre looking for a new bike, gear, parts, service or need financing to get all of the above, they do everything. And they do it very well. The sales staff are some of the friendliest and knowledgeable people I have met in any industry.Parts and Apparel know their stuff.Finance does magic with getting people the bikes they want. They have a great rewards program that includes discounts on Service.Check out their Instagram, its super cool.So many good things to say and so little space. Check them out if youre at all interested in a bike. Best decision you can make.
Friendly, knowledgeable people and quality products at reasonable prices. Perfect. The minor fly in the ointment is the reservation process in the service department. No service because a technician is unexpectedly out (with no notice to me before I brought my old and very broken scooter in) is not good customer service. Its time to hire more staff, guys.
Customer service is amazing. The service manager usually sends me a follow up text to check in and ask if I have any questions. I bought my moped here (knowing next to nothing about motorcycles) and have been so happy with all the knowledge they’ve been able to pass on to me. Everyone there is always so pleasant and a joy to talk to. The turn around times with all my self inflicted repairs have been speedy and easy. Thank you Sf Moto!
Good service. Knowledgeable staff. However, they dont keep any room for negotiation and bump up the base price of the motorcycle with lot of hidden fees which are not mentioned on the website or clarified at the time of purchase. Also, their website doesnt show accurate price and availability of motorcycle.
Good sales peps
Traded my 2007 GSXR for a brand new 2018 GSXR. SF Moto offered me a fair price for the trade in. Originally there were several motorcycle that I was interested in. The sales folks answered all my questions regarding each model, including price quotes, financing options and in general provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. The whole process for me to make a decision took about a week and a half, which included several visits to the store. Over that time I must have met/spoke to 10-11 different employees, even had the chance to meet Eric, the owner. I found all the employees to be patient, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. I enjoyed the overall trade in/buying experience and would not hesitate to bring my business back to SF Moto.
Great customer service. Very attentive. Frank India didnt try to sell me anything that he didnt think would be a good fit or outside of my price range. The whole buying process was very seamless. The other great thing is if you are not that experienced or comfortable riding, they offer to deliver it to you for free if you live in the city.
Since my sons graduation kind of got destroyed because of the Rona, our celebration trip to Disneyland was cancelled. So, he wanted a motorcycle and decided on a honda cr250f. Since Hondas production was halted, there were absolutely none on the entire west coast, except i found ONE at SF moto. We have relatives in the Bay Area and we were ready to do something fun, so roadtrip! To make a short story long, in WA you need to register dirt bikes so you can get stickers to allow you to ride in ORV parks. My bike didnt come with a mso (something about how they do things in CA), but i definitely needed one. All i can say is it was a huge fiasco trying to get one from Honda, but Eric the owner was in constant contact with me about the status of the mso from honda from the beginning. It did take over 2 months to get it, but i never felt abandoned or put on the back burner or handed off just because they made the sale. And seriously, how many OWNERS of the actual business will constantly text you/call you and keep you updated after they have their money? Not many! i wouldnt hesitate to make the drive and buy from these guys again-they were totally awesome to deal with and their after - the - sale care is something not seen much anymore. Thanks Eric!!John PerryWA State
These guys are the real deal. I bought a bike from them last week and the whole experience - sales, finance, service, orientation, helmet fitting, etc. - was amazingly joyful! They are the epitome of customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. No one tries to push you. We were in a rush and the whole team turned on a dime to make things happen in a few hours - what took a couple of days the last time I bought a bike. Towards the end, the owner came over for a chat. I could tell that he is passionate about his bikes and genuinely cares about the community. They have a huge selection of bikes and very reasonable, no nonsense pricing. The guy who provided the new bike orientation is one of the most knowledgeable bikers I have met. Even after decades of riding, I learnt many new things. Great job SF Moto!!Added after 1 year.Lowering my rating to 4 since they refused to honor their offer for a complimentary 600-mile service they gave me when I bought the bike. Their excuse --- I dont have the small coupon like piece of paper they gave me when I bought the bike. Of course, I wasnt told that I will have to retain it and I am surprised they dont have records from a year ago.
Great service. Friendly employees. Fair prices!
Good place.. cosy and comfortable. Helpful staff. Not much selection in stock though. Not a problem if you can wait and they will order it for you
Always a great time at SF Moto. They have the best prices in town and they also have the best service. If you dont see a bike you like downstairs, make sure to ask to see the upstairs showroom. If I was going to have one complaint it would be that they try to get you to buy a bunch of other stuff when you buy a new bike bit I guess thats expected. Also make sure to use the points they give you after buying a new bike!
Found SF Moto in a local ad here in Sacramento. In reviewing their website, the pictures of the inventory of bikes looked really good to me so I’d figured I visit just to take a look. It was also a great reason to visit the city, and get out of the 108 degree heat that day. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. In looking at the inventory in person, I was please to find high quality motorcycles are very reasonable prices. Great selection, no pressure, and just great service by people that enjoy being there and with helping you find the right item. I cant recall having a more positive experience when making a significant purchase. Ill definitely be back to SF Moto because it’s well worth the trip. Major kudos to Tony; for his assistance, time, enthusiasm, knowledge, and referral for a great place to have lunch. I love the bike and its great to be back riding! Cheers!
Living in SF we had many incidents involving hit and run drivers, drivers driving into us, and homeless people messing around with both of our bikes. Every time we needed a fix or a tune up, SF moto was our go-to from the the first visit.Friendly and knowledgeable staff always eager to help and answer any questions. They were also very efficient at getting our bikes in and out quickly and fixed properly (until the next accident) every time.
Usually I don’t write bad about other business because it’s just not Ethic and not ok on my point of view, but this business wrote a bad review about me and I would like to give my side of what happened there, I had dropped bikes at this place many times and also picked up bikes from them, every time I had dropped a bike to them they always advise to drop it off at the loading zone that is on the corner about 50 feet down from their entrance and whenever I had picked up a bike from them, they had never offered to help me load or push the bike from their shop to whatever I’m parked, so today I dropped a bike to this shop and as usual I parked on the loading zone mentioned before and started to take out straps and bring the bike down, right when I was almost done one of their employees comes up to me and ask me why I didn’t go to the alley in front of their shop (alley where only one car fits because they have lots of bikes parked on one side of the street) so I told him I’ve never parked there because Of the lack of space and that I already had took most of my straps out. I assume he is just being lazy and don’t want to bring the dolly to bring the bike those 50 feet to the entrance, but now the owner of this business takes the time to not only write a bad review but also lie about the whole situation, first saying I drop off the bike a block away, common man as a business owner you should have a little bit of more ethic and decency when you talk about other business and also at least mention the laziness of your employee and now try to cover it to make others look bad.
Professional, very nice people who made purchasing a bike super easy in these hard times.Ive read a review below about the hidden fees, I always ask what the out the door price is because it can be variable from what county you live in. Ive asked for a few bikes and they were very patient dealing me while they were busy.SF Moto was originally on the bottom of my list simply because they were a bit far from home, but they were much better than the service Ive gotten here down at the bay. After dealing with horror show at BMW San Jose, the really weird dude at MotoGP, unable to buy what I wanted elsewhere, I took a chance here and I am glad that I did. They answered all my technical questions, they worked with me getting the bike out the door (bank hours have shortened due to covid19), showed me how to operate and maintain the bike, and were super friendly and professional. Buying a bike in the past from South bay dealers was a total pain, but I will gladly take a Lyft up there and deal with the wonderful staff. Thank you all SF Moto!
By far the worst service. It took them three weeks to find out the problem on my scooter, and i bought that scooter from them almost brand new only 162 miles.
Staff has a lot of product and riding knowledge and they are not pushy. You get plenty of time and help to make a good decision. Important for things like helmets.
Great staff. Very knowledgeable. Great prices on helmets. They wont try to up sell you. They will reccomend what is right for your bike. Also have a awesome loyalty program.
Ordered a part on the phone and stopped by to pick it up. Parking wasnt as difficult as I expected. Didnt go upstairs and check out the main showroom. My encounter with the gentleman in parts and the cashier was pleasant. Very engaging, good dealership.
Great place for motorcycle gear in SF (I came here for gear, not to buy a bike), they had a good selection of gloves and jackets, the employees were super helpful, and the gloves were well organized whereas every other place Ive been in SF is a total shitshow when it comes to finding a glove that I like and finding my size.
Well Ive always wanted to buy a new bike off the lot, and the folks at SF Moto made it quick and easy to do so. I went in on Wednesday to pick which bike fit my lifestyle and the next day the bike was all ready to go. From the sales people, to the office, and finally the mechanics were real nice and very knowledgable with all my riding questions, Id say SF Moto is one of the, if not the best place to come bike shopping.
Im never disappointed when I visit Eric and his team.
One of the best bike shops in SF. Everyone is super helpful. I bought my bike from them and have been getting it serviced from them since then. The technicians are super cool. They dont try to chisel money off you. If your bike doesnt need something replaced, they wont recommend it to you. Youd see the owner do regular stuff like handling the bikes, greeting people, taking customer questions etc. Very down to earth guy. Its hard to find a bike shop that still holds onto the good old values!
Ive owned many motorcycles, from many dealers. Ive had many bad experiences as I am sure anyone reading this has, from the sketchy salesbro, to the people you know have no idea what they are talking about.SF Moto is none of those things. From start to finish my motorcycle purchase with them has been nothing less then stellar. Keep in mind all this during the Covid stuff happening, so everything is already tougher then normal. Just from the initial email about the bike I wanted a 765rs. I specifically ask all dealers to email me first. Guess what?!?! All the other ones I dealt with kept trying the get me to call or come in etc. Not them! They did exactly as I requested in my email 10/10.Efrain was the salesperson I dealt with. He was super chill, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. You can tell he knows hes stuff. He was no BS straight to the point. The whole process was probably the easiest experience I ever had(again even though covid) buying a motorcycle. Even the finance team was honestly perfect. I even got to talk with the owner of the shop and you can tell right away what type of leadership and experience he brings.I drove all the way from Santa Clara to go to this shop. I promise you, you will not have a better experience anywhere else. The customer service from everyone here is some of the best Ive experienced, and this is coming from someone who built a career on that.So do yourself a favor and put SF Moto at the top of your list.Ps. They have one of the most badass Ninja 400s youll ever see. Trust me this thing is insane.
Friendly and fast. For one reason I choose to purchase my car from SF Moto is because of the service department. They are very professional and honest with my maintenance needs.
I just discovered this place. What a well stocked little bit of everything old timey feeling place. Ive been around shops for more than 30 years. I took a break from motorcycles for a while for several reasons. The biggest one is I bought a sports car and never ever had one. So it was all about the car and comfort for 6 or 7 years. Some of the shops I used to frequent are gone or not the same. I like this shop a lot. Josh is about the only person who I have dealt with so far and hes the guy to ask for accessories and ideas. Things have change while I was on the wagon. If I decide to buy a new bike like the Honda I am totally crushing on, Id give them first crack at a deal.
Great dudes. Attention to detail and wont screw you around. Very helpful with tips and tricks to keep your motorcycle going.
Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff that are willing to listen and help with any issues you might have. They were quick and attentative with helping us with questions with our current scooter. You should visit if you need help with a 2 wheeler. They do right by their customers.
Overpricing store and NON negotiable people.
This review is for buying a new motorcycle. Great experience from first visit to taking delivery. Joe was very patient with my questions and ensuring which bike fit my needs. Frank was great in leading the test ride. You pay a bit more here but the service offered is unparallel. They add nice extras like free first 600 miles service, free battery tender line feed. The person who did the delivery patiently went over all the features and instructions with me. Great service all around.
I’ve had several services done here on my Kawi Versys 650 and these guys do a great job and turn it around quick. They’re knowledgeable and helpful. And they’re no more expensive than any other reputable shop which is always great.
Its always great to visit SF Moto. I have been a customer for years; I have not purchased any motorcycles there but almost always get my gear and accessories at this shop. Tony and the rest of the staff are always great. They have a friendly, helpful and diligent vibe about them that keeps you coming back.. Thank you SF Moto!
Full disclosure: Ive worked here since April of 2018, but I ride a Honda and have been a customer since I started riding in 2016. My experiences here were the main factor in my decision to follow my passion and start working with motorcycles. It is a true community of riders that welcomes both new and experienced motorcyclists.
Decent selection of used bikes, but the prices are geared towards the brogrammers with more money than brains. So, if thats you, go for it. If not, youve been warned.Moderate gear selection, in a variety of price points. Try them if youre on a budget. But dont try to buy race gear here. Theres better shops for that.
Got a really good deal on a ZX6R here. They make it pretty simple to buy the bike. Also, I really liked that they personally go-over the bike with you before you leave. They give you a lot of good info about maintenance and different functions of your bike.
I bought a pair of riding boots that not only fit me well but are also of high quality and rugged. The staff was patient, friendly, and very helpful.
I just cant get enough of these guys! This is my 3rd vehicle from SF Moto and each transaction is smoother than the one before. Ive gotten all my gear from them as well and it has all been awesome. They take time to make sure your helmet FITS, they will explain the differences between styles and advantages of each. Theyve got a massive selection of bikes, jackets, gloves, helmets etc and a great service department so that you are taken care of for the life of your vehicle. These guys are totally driven by their customers satisfaction and it shows.Genuinely nice guys over at SF Moto who are looking out for you!
Very knowledgeable no pressure salesmen, he listened to me and helped me find just what I wanted. These guys all ride so they know what were talking about. They have two stories of motorcycles of all types. Theyre used but look new. They may have new but I was looking for used. You can see their inventory on the website before you go . Plus all the gear you need at reasonable prices.
SF Moto has treated me very well over the last 14 years doing business there. The staff is customer service oriented, very friendly, and on the ball. They also have by far the best selection of new and used bikes in all of Northern California.
Great place to check for a new motorcycle. One of few where you can get a test ride before buying. Highly recommend.
