The store cat is the only thing redeeming about this store. I bought a hot pot burner and after 10 mins of use it stopped working. The reciept stated that I had 7 days to return it, so I brought it back to the store hoping to exchange.Store policy was not honored. Instead the clerk plugged it in and it magically turned on. My concern was that I would have the same problem once I got home, but the clerk refused to exchange.She then phoned what I think was the owner and her solution was to have me leave it there for 2 days for her to check. Then I would return to either pick it up or get a new one. This would be basically 3 trips for a $20 burner--not worth it.I had made other purchases as this place, but I will not be returningWith that, steer clear of the plug-ins. May the odds be in your favor.

Great store and prices. Youll find almost anything you need here. This is the same place as the Seven store at the same address, but Google refuses to merge the two listings. Their COVID hours as of 8/14/20 are Mon, Wed, Thu, Friday 10am - 6pm then Sat and Sun 10am - 5pm. Closed Tuesday.

Am I mistaken that the cat is at Seven, next door to Yes Variety. I think many of these reviews might be confused? Either way, this little variety store next to Seven is a kitchen paradise. I find myself buying tiny spouted soy sauce pots and quaint metal shakers that Ill never use because its all so dang cute! The dishes are beautiful and there are so many useful gadgets!

Lots of great stuff for cheap price. I love the cat. Cat is so cute and I touch her head and face so soft. Cindy so nice, always smile and so helpful. This is my favorite store at Irving.

This store has pretty much anything you need for your house. Sometimes when I don’t want to buy expensive cake decorating things or something like that but I need it for a certain recipe, I can always pick it up here. Bonus points for Meow Meow or “Lazy Cat” who you can always find sleeping in a cat bed on boxes at the back of the store. Super friendly and loving.

Their merchandise is cheap and their cat is friendly! Make sure you say hi when you stop by, its always sitting in the back of the store waiting to be pet.Weve purchased a number of things from this store over the last year and never had anything like the other reviewers experience. The owners seen to be friendly and quick with check out. I wish I could come here more often
