Fantastic place. Super friendly. But not over bearing. Always clean and smells good. And affordable prices. The staff are knowledgeable and always make you feel welcome. This really is a great one. ill continue to come here. And you should to. Lets flood this place So they have to stay open.

Great spot! The staff here is very friendly and professional. They are running a very efficient operation. You check in with a receptionist, and your name goes into the queue. When it’s your turn, one of the staff members behind the counter will call you up to purchase/ ask any questions about the product. Added bonus: as long as you have your debit card, you don’t need to have cash to pay. Great experience here!

I just came in a few minutes ago and had one of the best experiences of my entire freaking life. First of all the entire place is gorgeous!!!! 2. Super easy to check in. 3. Caesar (please forgive me if I got that completely wrong) helped me out and they did AN AWESOME JOB!!! Got everything I needed and even more. I want to come back to this place for everything I need no joke.

I was in SF visiting from Toronto, Canada recently and had the chance to visit The Apothecarium. What a great experience! We were buzzed in and greeted warmly - then given clear directions on the process and how to proceed. I registered by giving my name and ID, then we went in and waited to be called by one of the staff. Actually it happened so quickly that we didnt sit down, no long wait. I am a bit familiar with CBD products, but I have to say I learned so much more in this visit. The person we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of our questions, and guiding us to the best products based on our needs. Such a huge selection of options to choose from. Appreciate the ATM available in store too. I bought a few things and have tried them all - great quality! The environment and service is very comfortable and approachable with no judgement - I felt comfortable asking anything and exploring options. I wish Id asked the name of the person who helped us - he made the entire experience very positive! Definitely worth a visit and we will be back the next time were in town. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly staff that are happy to discuss the options on their menu with you. The staff always has suggestions to offer if you don’t know what you want exactly. Usually not a wait to get in. Require a valid ID to enter, so make sure you have one! Cash and Debit accepted

Highly recommend this dispensary. I’m big on customer care and knowledge of the products sold and this place exceeded my expectations. My wife and I had the pleasure of being served by Cesar who was very helpful, personable and understanding of the products we were looking for. I have ptsd and severe anxiety and he knew exactly the products that would be good for me and my wife who loves to get giggly high. We spent more than we expected too but we don’t regret it at all because this dispensary and Cesar deserve every penny. Haven’t had the chance to try everything we bought what we have tried is amazing. If you like a good Indica live resin cart you gotta try the Blueberry Cookies carts they are on point! 🔥 😌

Delivery driver tried to charge my card $51 more than what was on my receipt. Luckily my bank caught him and didn’t allow the transaction to be completed. When I told him the reason the transaction didn’t go through, he changed the charge back to what it was supposed to be. FIRE THIS DRIVER - or I’ll take legal action. My bank has the records. Jazzy was super helpful and very knowledgeable on all the products they carry. She even gave me information on upcoming products they would have available that may interest me as well. The store is always very clean and they are efficient as well as well stocked. No complaints and did I mention Jazzy is the best?
