Note that I can only speak to their COVID safety setup, as I did not end up shopping here, but I was stunned to see all three people inside the shop were not wearing masks, including the cashier. Additionally there was one man working out on an exercise bike inside the store who was also not wearing a mask. All of this is in direct violation of the cities mask requirements for indoor retail.

Dang, Ive been coming here for 7 years and one could not ask for better customer service. You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do and are incredibly knowledge about the products they sell. Especially want to call out Johnny who always gives me the best advice for my fitness goals. Hes....40% of the reason I keep coming back. Love it here.

I love this place. They have everything you need when it comes to Nutrition. Jon recommended me some supplements and it really helped me in my Strength and Size, and Health as well. Highly recommended.

The staff at Max Muscle took the time to understand my fitness goals and the recommendations of my trainer. My recovery, fitness and weight loss goals are right on track, just as we planned it.

They didnt have a lot of stock there. Less than what I expected. I havent heard of a lot of brands there either.I mostly came for the evogen products since they are very difficult to come by in stores, but they said out of stock and there were no placeholders on the shelves for them.

These guys are amazing. They know the meaning of excellent customer service (as well as great products). I called a few days ago trying to get a delivery to Australia. They went out of their way to find a cheaper way to ship to Australia. They ended up saving me over $150.

Walked in looking for general sports nutrition products. Daniel the owner was extremely helpful in finding out about my fitness goals, then recommending products that would help me kickoff my new year diet. I left with some Emerge and Cleanse and Lean and feel great so far. The Max Muscle products are really a cut above.

Been going here for quite some time now. Very reasonable pricing, helpful and knowledgeable staff that are always friendly! They do most of the shopping for you so they have good product selection!

Just was curious but really disappointed. No service when i came in. No prices on any item immediately remarked its probably over priced and somethings up. The store i bought from is a block away. Found out the prices also didnt match etc. What a joke.
