We ordered 12x24 Travertine Tiles that came in 27 crates. The stone DID NOT match the samples we chose and when we requested to inspect the product, Rose and Alex had us come down to their OUTDOOR storage facility which was adjacent to the San Francisco Bay where the tiles were subject to the elements (high tides, rain, dirt, wind). The tiles were wet the day we went to view them which gave us a false sense of finish. We asked to view the tiles in an indoor environment when they were dry. We ultimately accepted the shipment but the whole ordeal left an unfavorable impression.

Good Luck finding a pair more professional and qualified than Rose and Alex. They are awesome at what they do and are even better human beings. Put your Stone needs in their hands and you will not regret the decision.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Custom ordered a specific colour and style of stone and had to reject the product because Rose did not do her due diligence and as a result the wrong colour arrived. After much headache and legalities, we were forced to accept what was shipped (FIVE containers from China).WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
