The window took 4months to arrive. 2 guys put the window in. One of the men broke the ceiling light with a pole. He denied it. The window does not fit property and is difficult to open. You need to step on a stool to get it open. The owner was called and he said he would come by to check the installation . We waited 6 hrs. last Friday and he never showed up. We have called numerous times and the owner is not returning calls. Bad customer service.

I was referred to, by a friend, to Sunset Glass to replace my windows. I called months ago during Covid. The manager told me to email him the dimension of my windows and he would get back to me AND NEVER DID. I reach out again at least 3-4 times and was told the same thing by a girl who worked there, I gave her the dimension, she asked all the questions and took all the notes and said they would get back to me with a quote AND NEVER DID. Finally I called one last time. The same girl said she doesnt remember me, but they had been so busy and short on staff, and would get back to me by the end of the day AND NEVER DID. What kind of company is too busy, open, maybe just exclusive to their higher profile clients yet failed to be responsive to their ordinary neighborhood needs shouldnt be in business at all.

Been going here 20+ years. They stand behind their work. I have purchased multiple windows over the years. Once a wrong type of glass was used by mistake. It was promptly switched out with no hassle. Family run, they provide a more personal service.

I brought a door cabinet and a picture frame to put glass on them. Very bad quality, very dirty glass.They sealed the frame without cleaning the glass. Disgusting and expensive.

Took an entire month to get a window replaced. After the initial assessment they took 5 days to order the glass. The first time they came out to fix it, they broke the glass and had to re-order. The second time they came, the glass was the wrong size. Ive had to call them at least 6 times and left at least 4 voicemails with Eric and reception. Eric is rude, unapologetic and unresponsive. They charged me full price despite all their screw-ups ($425) Ridiculous. Use someone else.

I recently replaced all my windows in my house and Sunset Glass Inc. was very professional and I had no issues with the time of delivery from what was estimated. I would recommend Sunset Glass Inc. to anyone that is looking for a easy no hassle experience.

Being booked up is fine, and turning down emergency work is reasonable. Not having any referral and suggesting to ask a neighbor for help is a poor excuse for a suggestion.

Reviews on these people go two ways - either they get the work done and like it, or they get trapped in Sunsets broken inspection-scheduling system and never get calls back. We wound up in the latter category. Three calls over the course of a month, got polite handling and a promise to call back to schedule a time for measurement, and all three they forgot all about us. Gave up and took the business elsewhere.

They are b.s-ers... I need to replace some worn window cranks in some 15 year old casement windows.I even found the wholesalers who sell the needed parts. two calls to Sunset, and today they say they are busy, and cannot get to it until NEXT YEAR.....THIS, after they said they would definitely do my job within a month..... 6 weeks ago. Their word is worthless.My advice: Do NOT WASTE your time like I did.

Slow service--it took one month from request/payment for my windows to actual delivery! They used the silly excuse Oh, the holidays slowed things down...yes, it may be, but 2 weeks over promised delivery date?B.S. !!! They are unprofessional, and apparently unaware that their competitors will push them out if they dont change.
