I live in one of those 1930s San Francisco homes with a center patio. I think the windows that look out on the patio is original work. They are single pane and starting to leak when it rains. I called Ray at Ace Windows and he responded quickly, gave me options on window glazing ( dont want to replace them) and ways to upgrade them. I have not pulled the trigger yet on having the windows done but they have been great to work with.

We had a super good and super easy experience with ACE. We took pictures of what we needed done and took measurements ourselves. They give us a quote and then came out and confirmed our measurements to make sure they knew exactly what we were doing.A few days later our glass and mirrors were done and they came out beautifully. We got a better price for doing all 3 mirrors at the same time.We’d for sure use them again.

Alex was kind enough to come by and take measurements. Unfortunately he failed to keep me updated on the dates and timing of the glass installation. He had me running around asking and calling ACE all the time. He initially mentioned a process of 2 weeks that became a month and a half, which my clients really disliked. During the installation the tub was damaged by his installers. I reached out numerous times and finally he said it was not his problem. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and to the last minute able to take responsibility. The only reason I give 2 stars over 1 Is the installers were nice guys.

Alex is by far the most experience glass guy I’ve met and I’ve interviewed several. He recommends what’s best for you, not his company. You can trust him to give you great candid advice.

Waited over 3 months for a window. Alex wasn’t answering phone calls and when he finally did he said he “forgot”. Then he tried to pass me some story that the window was sent to a wrong address...Men installing the window did a good job but customer service couldn’t be worse.

Alex and the office staff were nice. I ordered two pieces of glass from Ace Glass. Alex came out, took measurements I was told it would take three days and over a week elapsed. I called and no one knew what I was talking about. Alex came back out, measured again and stated it would be Three Days for the glass. More than a week later, I again called. I was told there were issues with the glass and he would have it to me by Friday at the latest. The following week, I was told it would arrive and be installed by no later than Saturday between 10:30 and 12:30, he arrived at 4:00 and installed one piece, took more measurements and stated the other piece would take at least a week. In total, it took 6 weeks, three measurements and much misinformation to get me ONE piece of glass. I will not be using Ace Glass again. I did visit the office one afternoon and the office staff was very nice and friendly, which is why I have given them two stars instead of one.

I purchased and had installed 2 large wall mirrors, and couldnt have been happier with expert advice that Alex provided, the efficiency with which his expert and very nice team worked, and the great job done during installation. All around it was a great experience and outcome.

Just got back from a vacation and realized that I got my house broken intoFreaking out because they broke my front door glass !!! And they can come backCalled couple glass companies some couldn’t provide any sameday response s and some are extremely expensiveThen I called Ace glass they provided incredible customer service (my door is custom) so they provided a temporary solution for they night it was 11:30pm on a Wednesday and first thing in the morning I got my door glass repair completely they are by far a lot more resonable priced and faster response and Alex the owner I belive called me 2 times to make sure everything is ok and that the job got done to my expectationsAnyways very happy with the results and the customer service will for sure call them again for any glass service needed

Currently my company has requested a couple of jobs with them but a few weeks ago I spent a few weeks looking for material that they wanted, unfortunately, the service offered in the store is very bad because the workers cannot give you reports until their boss is there
