This is my go-to card shop! Located in San Franciscos Financial District, American Greetings has cards for every mood and occasion. Funny birthday cards? Take your pick. Sweet, but not overly cute baby cards? Youll find those too. Group cards from all of us in a workplace? There are a couple in most categories (birthday, get well, congratulations, etc.).A few tips: buy three cards and get the fourth (lowest price) free. Check out the clearance section in the back of the store for deep discounts on merchandise. This is especially true in January.

Very quaint. Employees were helpful. Large selection. I really enjoyed the amount of Jim Shore Disney collectables and the music boxes. I was very impressed with the store. Lots a good natural light helps viewing the merchandise. Very accessible and close to home. Love love love this store!

Sadly this location is going out of business. However everything 40 to 50 % off now. Good to stock up on cards and other items.

I do not recommend this store if you want to wrap a gift package, because they do it without any simple without any detail, for that you do it yourself and you save the $ 4 apart you pay for the paper like 7 dollars
