KINGS of the industry. 1st time visit and forever will be a must stop on my travels. And PRICE for dry ice was the most honest I’ve seen across many states. True gem I have found and will definitely recommend to anyone needing “ice options”.Fantastic people, amazing price, great customer service...you’re gonna waste time and money elsewhere🔐SFIC!

Was ordering 40lbs every 3-4 days as I had two knee replacement surgeries. They stopped their DoorDash service :( but I had great service and product.

I decided that I wanted to go ice blocking for my birthday and stumbled across SF Ice. I called in for advice on their services and what types of ice they provide and the cost. Paul gave me helpful advice on what to use.I also sent in an email to ask about keeping my car from getting wet and they let me know their 25lb blocks are kept in bags, so I didnt have to worry about it.When I arrived at the warehouse, the guys (including Paul) were super friendly! They were helpful moving the ice into the car and seemed like all-around great people. The ice is well priced. Oh, and the ice sculptures are amazing! Will definitely return for any of my icy needs in the future!

I bought some dry ice for Burning Man and their ill-informed staff scared me half to death about how my ice chest could turn into a CO2 bomb if it didnt have a way to vent the expanding CO2..So i opened the vent as little as possible and the 20 lbs of dry ice I bought on Saturday had virtually evaporated by Monday.I have a YETI cooler and they knew it since I brought it in to have the ice cut to fit.A YETI cooler is probably the finest ice chest made in America. It is dry ice compatible. Opening the vent was the WRONG advice. The trick is to keep as much air out of the cooler as possible. The YETI seal in the lid I later found out is designed to allow the CO2 to escape as needed. It simply cannot turn into a CO2 bombLuckily, my camp mates had an RV with a freezer so no food was lost.Next time I will know but they are the dry ice professionals and should have known it did not need to vent.
