Its a small shop where you may not find all items you want. However, a sales lady (Kate) was super nice and helpful. With her help, I was able to make a decision among all beautiful pieces. I will definitely come again for another piece. So excited for my beautiful necklace 💚
This review is for Van Clef & Arpels. It is only OK. On 1/29/21, the sales lady was nice. She was the only 1 there. It is a small store with very few mens items.
We purchased the Perlee diamond ring on last Sunday. We were late almost half hour cause of heavy traffic jam. But Kate Jung took care of us everything with great customer care mind. she was very knowledgeable and one of the best Van Cleef and Arfels sales representative.
Breakfast at Tiffanys moment, except with a mask. I loved admiring the shiny things that I cannot afford.
Firstly The communication was very poor as to the timeline of my order. I had to call frequently to check up. Finally when I going to purchase they offer no champagne, no sparkling water and that’s fine. Later I came into the location and saw another person with * champagne *sparkling water and all the works.I was told she’s a regular customer.So what? I’m making a good purchase the two motif earrings. & it’s my first purchase with them!The experience should be equivalent across the board no matter what you’re purchasing and I won’t be purchasing again from this location I’ll go to another boutique.It’s insulting to be honest... treat everyone the same.
