Gus, Juan, and Anthony are the best sales representative i have ever come in touch with. All in all, they were so patient focused on mission before commission and left myself so satisfied leaving the store. I have been to many Kay Jewelers locations and i believe these three gentlemen have the ability and should be on their way to becoming District Managers. Starting with Gus, and Juan since the are the seniors. The 22 year old salesperson Anthony reminds me of myself when i was 22. He focuses on the customer, more importantly is genuine about helping the customer not making money. He lives my the motto mission before commission and for a young sales person that is a good quality to have. Anthony keep it up and stay with that motto, the money will come just focus on helping the customer and continue doing what you did to help me it was perfect i was so pleased to see a young man provide such extra ordinary customer service. All in all, i was very impressed by all three. Thank you so much.
When I shopped in store it was fine. .ended up getting a kay jeweler store card . .used it a couple times. .just looked at my credit report and the account was closed. Wasnt notified before account was closed etc. .pretty annoying. .made my credit score go down!#*

Good prices and friendly service.... I had to take two watches for a battery change (Omega and Gucci) and was told by other shops prices as high as $45 per watch. I called this shop and was quoted over the phone for $10 and $15 and when brought it in I was treated very nicely and professionally and the batteries were changed right away. I definitely recommend this shop both for prices and the great service they offer.

Staff was kind and informational regarding my ring repair. Only annoying thing was she kept talking about how excited she was to be off two hours. If you’re counting down the hours to get off then maybe get a job you enjoy
Might have been the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Went to this location since it is unfortunately the closest to where I live. The lady didnt help me at all, acted like I was such a burden to her (even though there was no one else in the store), and was extremely rude. Very upsetting as other Kay locations have been pleasant. I will not be returning here.

Rafi is not only great at what he does but is such a sweet person my husband and I could spend hours in his shop if time allowed! And not to mention his associate Luba is just as sweet and adds just the right amount of feminine touch to the whole experience.
I went here on a Thursday afternoon to get my Movado watch battery replaced. I bought there a few years ago so I thought they could help. I asked the lady there for assistance, and she did not help at all. She told me they can’t do anything in regards to battery replacement and that I’d have to contact movado for help. I told her I have an account with Kay, and she brushed it off.Didn’t give me any information on how to or what to do about the watch. I asked for any contact info and she said to google it. I asked about ear ring backings so at least I didn’t go there for nothing. And she hesitated to tell me cause they charge $25 for each. She made it seem like It’s to expensive for me as the reason she hesitated.I left feeling like was bothering her and was pushed out.So I went to another Kay at a different mall.I asked the same question, and they said we can help you with that!!. They Asked to see the watch. Asked for my name and number and looked up my account. They saw I have a 3year warranty and told me they can send it in for replacement and also some other repairs and tune ups that comes with the warranty. I asked about ear ring backings and they told me what they had to offer in terms of sizes and prices.I don’t know why that lady acted that way and just brushed me off as if she didn’t want to assist me. But I feel she misjudged me. But that was bad customer care to say the least.
Bad customer experience. Lady was a hassle. I was very clear on what i wanted and eventually got her to relax and stop trying to upsell me (awkwardly.. Bad salesperson). Ordered my ring and had it sized. Arrived ~two weeks later and 5 minutes before close to pick up my ring (already paid for) and doors were down. Closed! Hi GM or whoever reads these reviews (I highly encourage you to read others), tell your employees that the doors close at 9 PM per your Google and website information. You are losing customers and money.
