Best cupcakes I’ve had so far in SF. I usually go to two bakeries in the marina but this place blows these away, for cupcakes at least. WOW!Felt like I was treating each cupcake with a sensuality normally reserved for the purposes of mating. Like Jesus they were good. Texture and softness took me to new levels. Felt like a crack addict getting his dose and I was stamping my foot on the sidewalk as I walked and ate.Got the berry good cheesecake cupcake and pink champagne cupcake. Very soft, very creamy, very flavorful.Surprised there was no line. Got them late in the evening too and they were still perfectly soft. Felt myself melting with the icing as it went down.

I love the soft moist cupcakes! So moist and piled high with delicious icing 🧁 My friends & family love them as well. I do believe they are the best cupcakes out there!!!

Cute little bakery located in the heart of the Fillmore shopping district. Macaroons are delicious... Just about on par with Laduree. This place is known for their cupcakes, which are not as sweet as some other dessert places. Service was friendly but the lack of parking can be an issue if youre in a rush.

I tried the Red Velvet and the O.G. (Cookies & Cream). The Red Velvet is very good, both the cake and the frosting. Don’t waste your time on the O.G., though — it’s way too sweet and has little flavor.

Beyond amazing. My wife talked me into treats before lunch and I fell in love with this place. I have to say for such a small place, they have big ideas and huge flavor blasting treats! I couldnt be more happy to eat a treat like this before lunch, and Im not even a sweats guy! The mixer of frosting and cake mics has to be one of the greatest creations of desserts in our time; In my opinion. Just tell them I sent You! 😁

OG (cookies and cream) was very mediocre, especially for the price. Red velvet and cheesecake cup more than made up for it.

Ordered the 20-person dessert bar for our housewarming and everyone commented on how amazing they were. The packaging and presentation, and of course the quality and taste, were superb. Online order and pick up was very easy. We will definitely order from Sift again.

They have super delicious cupcakes, and cruffins (which are basically cake pops, but not on a stick). My favorite is the pink champagne, which is raspberry flavored, and one of their cupcake wars winning cupcakes! (I still havent gotten to try the other two though!).

Excellent Whoopi cookies...love the molasses with lemon filling. They also have GF cupcakes.

Great cupcakes. The other items like the cookie sandwiches are okay, but I think this place really shines with its cupcakes. I would definitely recommend the Samoa for your first trip!

Just got 3 cupcakes delivered. Red velvet, chocolate and raspberry jam. The red velvet was okay. But the cake parts on all 3 had an oily texture. The chocolate frosting was honestly mediocre. I had cupcakes from Susies Cakes a few days back. Sifts doesnt hold a candle to theirs. Dont recommend.

Cupcakes are always good. But lately they havent been placing cupcake holders in the box which results to the cupcakes falling over, upside down, etc when you get it. Have happened both in both deliveries and pick up. Embarrassing to gift :(

My girlfriend brought cupcakes from Sift for my birthday. Fantastic! Delicious, silky and very satisfying. A rich, luxurious experience that makes a guy want to come back again and again. I cant get enough. Definitely wont be able to hold out until next birthday to have more. Even the for the first sitting, once wasnt enough - we had to have more in the middle of the night and again the next morning. Writing this review makes me hungry for more. Good cupcakes.

Amazing cupcakes!A friend threw us a baby shower and she had ordered cupcakes from Sift!Delicious and moist with so many different and interesting flavours. These cupcakes were loved by all family and friends who attended the party. A huge hit!Most loved were the lemon, red velvet, pink raspberry champagne, bacon (Yes bacon haha) and the coconut one. Missed out on trying so many other flavors that were in the box which were devoured before mommy to be got there for it :PVery indulging stuff. Highly recommend for parties or just for personal enjoyment. Yum!

Received a dozen cupcakes (Maryland) sent by #1 son in SF. They arrived in perfect condition. All I can say is A M A Z I N G ! BEST EVER! Felt very guilty but quickly got over it.

Cream cheese frosting is great but the cupcake was super dry and tasted awful.

This is one of my favorite dessert places! Friendly staff, delicious sweets and a great atmosphere. This cafe is definitely Instagram worthy too if youre into that.

This place is amazing! The cupcakes were great and Kiana (aka the best ever) made it a cherry on top experience. She helped me pick the best tastiest cupcake and her contagious smile really brightened my day. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

Very delicious Samoa cupcake. Coconut cake, choc ganache filling, caramel frosting, toasted coconut. Intensely sweet, of course. With lots of flavor. #1 seller here is Ooh La La, red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Pleasant place to sit. They also sell frosting shots. Not kidding.

The pink champagne cupcakes are hands down the best! This place is also awesome for cupcake or cake delivery (they ship nationwide). After having cupcakes here for the 1st time, we decided to order a pink champagne birthday cake & it was equally delicious. The ohh la la cupcake is their version of red velvet cupcake and it is also great. The business offers monthly specials- the only one Ive tried is key lime & it has a gram cracker crust underneath thats scrumptious!

This place is brand-new I think but I must say the pastries are out of this world theyre really delicious French pastries and they taste very homemade. Very quiet relaxing place to go out for coffee or pastries

Ordered the chocolate cake with the salted chocolate mousse filling for my sons birthday. Staff was extremely helpful in figuring how to order and have Uber eats send it to him since Im in LA and hes in San Francisco. Dessert was amazing according to everyone who indulged.

Cute cupcake shop. Unique cupcake flavors. I’ve visited this place several times. Once it was for their Samoa cupcake (Girl Scout cookie Samoas!)—super yum. Did you know that The Samoa cupcake won on cupcake wars? Another time we came here during March and they have the most awesome Guinness chocolate cupcake-which was moist and a touch boozy; the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Yummy but not alot of gluten free choices I really wanted pink champagne, but had to settle for chocolate.

My personal favorite place for cupcakes in the city. Mostly because the frosting is out of this world. Y current favorites are the limonatta, pink champagne, and the vanilla one. Cant go wrong with any of the others though.

Pink champagne cupcakes!Heard of Sift from my girlfriend who brought me back cupcakes from their Napa location.So it was only a matter of time before I became a frequent patron to Sifts SF storefront.Would like to try some of their other offerings, but just cant stop noshing on the pink champagne cupcakes and cakes (GREAT for birthdays and special occasions)!

Wonderful candyland filled with cupcakes, macaroons, cruffels and cookies galore! They also take custom cake orders for wonderfully decorated and delicious birthday cakes.

Worst cupcakes I have ever had. Granted I arrived right before closing. But the fact that both cupcakes I bought had the worst cake texture I have ever seen cannot just be because of the hour. The cake was not airy and fluffy but instead super dense and unappealing.

Probably the best cupcake place in SF, and they have amazing cookies and are always so friendly. They tend to run out later in the day, so use caution if you must have a specific cupcake.

The cookies are big and the fillings are rich. Save room in your stomach for this because youre not going to want to stop eating it! My favorite combo is the ginger cookie with cream cheese frosting/filling. I skipped the cupcakes because Im a cookie guy.

My wife wanted to get some cupcakes since we just moved here and I found this place. After I got here I found out that they won a food network challenge... After eating them, I now know why. Soo good!

This place is dangerous. Incredible desserts and just a few short blocks from our home. I cant go into Sift without leaving with one of their Snickerdoodle cupcakes. Another favorite is the Stud Muffin, which features a bona fide bacon topping on the cupcake. The staff are always super nice and helpful. Highly recommended for an after dinner dessert visit, or if youre looking for an utterly massive sugar high.

Anything you get here is great. My favorite cupcake is the samoa.

After eating at Pizzeria Delfina right across the street, this place was located to conveniently not to go to afterward for dessert! Sift has a lot of different desserts that I like so it was too difficult to just pick one thing. I got a few cruffles, a brownie, and a chocolate chip cookie. Out of the three things I got, the brownie was the most memorable. It pretty much tastes like your classic brownie, it was very rich and thick. The cruffles I dont remember as well but I remember liking them the most. I dont even remember which cruffles I had but I think one was chocolate covered with chocolate in the middle. They were soft and cold which made them taste even better! The cookie I dont remember that much but I know that I didnt not like it if that makes any sense. The two employees working there at the time I was there were nice. They answered all the questions I had about the different desserts and even though I got there close to closing time, they were nice and let me eat there.
