These guys really are some of the best people to work with, not just in the shipping industry but of any business. I used to loath shipping anything - for an errand thats been around for 100s of years, it always seems surprisingly complex and tedious. These guys are incredible helpful and make the process way smoother than any other place Ive gone to. I love giving them my business.

Walked in after a very unhelpful experience at USPS down the road from this store. Two gentlemen quickly helped, assisted with packing needs, printing, and they happened to be a USPS drop site. Made my mail errand quick and easy. Thank you again!!

Arjun was helpful, quick, and friendly. He helped me print a return label and even showed me a trick for securing the package! It was a simple interaction but it was so nice to receive excellent customer service with no wait. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Arjun is super helpful and nice. Anytime I need mail, photocopy, scan, or print anything it’s where I go. Customer service here is top notch and for me to say that about a place...it must be true because I’m a brat lol.

They cant do many things that a UPS store can. Dont expect to go in there and get the same things done that you can do in a UPS store. The guy there is really nice and will help you as much as possible. They have some unique offerings.

Everytime I go in, the owner and his son are quite lovely, efficient and help me with shipping/other items quite easily. Definitely think of them every time I need something - great asset to the Marina.

WORST SERVICE.OWNER IS A RUDE HOT HEAD. If there was an option for zero stars it would be more appropriate. They lost a next day ups envelope and when it didnt arrive after 4 days, blamed the UPS driver when in fact he lost the envelope. The owner was rude and basically said that since we had not purchased the shipping services from him, he didnt care.

Promp service and everything delivered safety. Thats all you can ask for.
