I own Ferment.Drink.Repeat a small Brewery in SF. As every business owner does, I try to promote whats happening at the brewery by printing posters. Very unprofessional customer service. It took a whole day to get a printing quote, when it really should have taken as much as an hour. I called Valerie Turck inquiring for a quote and she rushed me to send an email with the information I needed and that she will reply later in the same day. I called again later, reminding her about the quote and she said she was working on it. I decide to go in person to get the answer. Once in there, I told her that I was the person who have called earlier, and without saying anything she made a call (obviously she wasnt working on it before), which took five minutes, and after joking and laughing over the phone, she told me a quote that I didnt asked for. If she knew she couldnt do it why did she kept me engaged.Also, they advertise as eco-friendly and the only eco-friendly they have its only one kind of paper stock the rest is coated and use chemical inks
