The nibbles didn’t taste too good like they usually do.

When my family and I visited San Francisco recently we picked up some cookies at this Mrs. Fields shop. I think the recipe is now very different since Mrs. Fields changed ownership years ago. At all Mrs. Fields stores I have been to during the last several years the cookies (I usually buy the chocolate chip cookies) are more generic tasting and not the unique and absolutely delicious cookies I used to buy during the late 1980s. Too bad they changed a wonderful recipe that Debbie Fields developed all of those years ago!

Ive always loved Mrs Fields, and do love those cookies. However I do know they are overpriced, and the lady there wanted me to pay$10 cents for an extra bag (small enough for a cookie). Good food, terrible costumer experience.

Very irritable and rude lady getting overly frustrated with my incorrect pin. Yes I understand shes trying to go fast, and yes I took longer than it normally takes, but I did say sorry, and frankly, she had a queue of one person so she could maybe afford to chill out a bit. She works at a coffee stand and has never had a card transaction go wrong? Gimme a break

Small stall that packs a lot of sweet! I love everything Ive tried here so far just watch how much you get through, the prices add up pretty quick, always worth it though! Highly recommend.

Sung-said shes owner and she dontvhave to serve black kid she doesnt like black kids and wouldnt allow me to purchase any cookies or cookie card and became very upset instantly at questions .needless to say she is racist and I wont be returning .just wanted people to know.

The most curt service Ive had in San Francisco. Coffee was very average. I was going to order a bunch of biscuits but the service was so nasty that I was cut short mid sentence and then turned off! Bad experience and Im sorry I wasted $9 on heres-your-coffee-now-get-lost treatment.

Service a little odd ... It seems to disturb the person and it looks like he has a problem with strangers.However, cookies are fabulous. Very soft with very good taste.I still recommend going there.
