This place is literally never open. Its 11:35am on a Sunday morning. Is the dude that works here walked out the front door while 4 people were trying to enter. He had a plate of food and locked up shop and walked up the block. Nice. Hope yall are paying that guy well

Place was clean and the tire air machine + vacuum worked great and were reasonably priced ($1.75 + 1.50)

Shell gas station, decent prices. I only come here to fill up my zipcar before I return it. Pull in and out of the lot carefully, people who turn in here from the busy street tend to pull in fast and dont look around before they do so. A lot of close calls while I was here.

The staff during the day is very nice I have zero complaints about them because they are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes it is closed down temporarily but thats because theres one person there and since theres no one to keep the store running while theyre on lunch or go to the bathroom they have to shut it down for a bit. Ive been to this gas station hundreds of times and its not even that often that I would contain.The man that works late at night is a whole different story though. He is very rude to customers and for no apparent reason. Ive also had my trouble with him as well. He even shuts the station down early and just leaves. He seriously needs to do some work on his people skills because hes going to give the place a bad name if it hasnt happened already. Hes literally one of the nastiest people of ever met and Im from New York so Ive had my fair share of meeting with people like that and he can easily compete with some of the proudest and grouchiest Ive met over there. He must be from NY because from interacting with so many nice and pleasant people in California and San Francisco I cant possibly believe hes a native with that kind of a poor attitude.

What can I say besides that its an ordinary gas station. It is located in a somewhat higher traffic zone probably due to the popularity of Irving street and all the fun and variety locals from all walks of life enjoy. The four way stop lights and the narrower than average streets can create some chaos getting in and out of the gas station during the busier hours. The gas station sits right on the corner of that busy intersection so can get a bit cramped since it is a smaller size station. This was my experience during the afternoon traffic hours and by no way am I complaining- just sharing my experience & hoping it may help!

Im not sure why, but all the workers seem to glare at me with an air of contempt. Ive always been courteous and cheerful with them despite the fact that they gave me a fake 20 dollar bill (forgery - counterfeit) as change for a VERY hard worked for $50 bank note. I came back to ask for a replacement and they said no. I have never received a counterfeit bank note at a place of business before, and it doesnt feel good. Anyway, make sure you always check to see if it feels right or not. Not saying that the shell knowingly did this, but just to be careful in general. Boo.

I appreciate the staff members at this location, they have gone above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service to me and my family. The manager is personable, the clerks are friendly towards me.

A Shell station filled with goodies.

THEY STEAL MONEY!! we paid 20 dollars in cash for gas and the pump was broken. They tried to move us to a different pump and that one didnt work either. When we asked for a refund, they refused!!! The manager, who is a pretty large guy was so rude and he started yelling at me. He kept telling me that I didnt know anything about cars and telling me to leave. We called the police and they agreed with us that there was no gas given but the manager still refused the refund.

Im closed right now. Then why are you here, getting paid.

Clean gas station always, fast service and very nice at lending use of always clean restrooms. Thank you guys.

When the line is too long at Arco they are another reasonable choice. Seldom any wait.

I forgot my vallet but need my car gaz I found tree dollar and 50cent. I want a gaz but in this gaz dtation give in my car only air. I saw that five minte late and cant come buck becouse car dont have a gaz
