Rating because I dont think this place deserves a 2.9, not that that will affect their bottom line much anyways because its one of the only options at the terminal. However, at least for the coffee shop, I enjoyed my experience and had a really delicious iced chai latte with an added shot of espresso. I also had the yogurt and granola from the area in the back and it was nothing to write home about and rather pricey so I think that is where most of the bad reviews come from.

I usually don’t give low rating to any place, but this one deserves it. First of all that lady working there charged me extra money for the food I order. When I told her they have charged me extra by mistake. She said sorry we will refund the amount. I had a flight in 30 minutes to take due to which I didn’t check my bank statement, now I see she haven’t refunded me. Be careful make sure to check your receipt after purchase, them seems to be charging extra for free. I should have kept the receipt so I could even upload here with the cashier name. Will never go there worst place.

Great selection of food items before you take a flight. Sure, its expensive, but its high quality ingredients in an airport. I love the salads and the coffee is always solid. The oatmeal is really good, as is the yogurt bar in the morning. I havent really tried this sandwiches or any of the entrees but I do enjoy the breakfast.

Quite expensive place. The premade sets of food (cheese, humus, etc...) are fairly good, as their sandwiches. Pizza are not worth the price, service is more than slow, pizzas are not tasty and the crust is not well cooked: Pizza spend too much time in an oven which is not hot enough. Coffees are good.

Love this shop. Part coffee shop at the front. Full-service bar in the middle and deli & sandwiches made fresh at the back of the shop.Had an awesome #vegan pre-flight meal of a toasted tempeh sandwich with roasted peppers on tasty bread. At the bar I had my last awesome California craft beer before my flight from their bar - fraught beers served all day. The one I had was local from Walnut Creek from the company #calicraft called ‘The City’. The staff are so helpful and friendly, made my last hours in San Francisco so much better. In terms of sustainability, l am enjoying San Francisco airport’s fantastic #SFO new #sustainability policies of no plastic bags and no plastic water bottles. This shop staff say they have been using paper bags for years and the large plastic bottles still available are being phased out. Apparently a lot of people have been complaining about the policies, but I applaud them!

One of the better airport food and beverage places I have been to. Good variety on the food menu, more choices than the usual burger/club sandwich etc you will find at airports. They even have some pretty healthy options on the menu. Good wine, beer and drinks selection. One TV screen with sports at the bar. Friendly staff, quick service. Definitely the best option if youre looking to grab a quick bite / drink in the international terminal.

We loved our lunch here -- most airport options are expensive, and this one isnt exactly budget, but they serve delicious quality food, including Acme sourdough bread and tasty coffee drinks. Nice coffee, decent sandwiches, reasonable prices (4/5 green stars).Just past security at SFO for the international departure gates, Napa Farms bar and café is a fairly good option for a coffee and sandwich (or a local beer or wine). I had a 12 oz. latte ($3.80) and an egg and cheese ciabatta ($7.95) which they heated up in a toaster oven. Many sandwiches were packed in plastic boxes, which irks me, but the ciabatta rolls had no packaging and were served in a small recycled paper bag. The latte was pretty good – the foam was just alright but the coffee itself was tasty. The ciabatta bread was great – crusty and fresh – while the egg/cheese filling was fine but could have done with more seasoning and perhaps some herbs. Staff members were friendly and remembered that I didn’t want a lid on the coffee, so bonus points there!I’m giving them 4/5 “green stars” for social and environmental impact. First, the things they need to improve: those plastic sandwich boxes should be done away with and replaced with paper bags. Their beer is served in plastic glasses. For my sandwich, they listed the eggs as cage-free but that term doesn’t really ensure that the hens have a nice spacious outdoor life. It’s better than nothing, but I’d prefer if they used pasture-raised eggs. On the positive side, their coffee (listed as organic and Fair Trade on their menu) is from Equator coffee, which was the first US coffee roaster to be certified as a B Corporation. Equator also has a lot of social programs to fund positive changes in their coffee sourcing regions, and it’s cool that their employee retirement plan includes a socially-responsible investing option. The café’s wine and beer selection appeared to be mostly local and most of their food is also locally sourced. I believe my ciabatta role was made by Acme, one of the best and most responsible bakeries in the bay area. Most of their suppliers have some positive social or environmental aspects, for example, Tyler Florence Fresh, Kara’s Cupcakes, and the Cowgirl Creamery.

Now, normally I wouldnt write a review for an airport restaurant/market because that is typically weird AF. However, this place was most impressive! Theres a cheese section and all sorts of juices and other drinks. This is truly a game changer for airport food. Other places should follow their lead.

Unfortunately while the place is well stocked for shopping one particular staff manning the coffee station was particularly unhelpful. He avoided eye contact so as to avoid taking questions and when he finally acknowledged me, he didn’t even wait to hear my question, I.e. is there a basket so I can take all the merchandise including wine in one go to the check out line, and instead impatiently and rather impersonally said that you have to go in line over there. In all, great selection of goods, but perhaps underpaid and overworked staff. The wine bar was extremely helpful so opted to get more wine instead of the other merchandise.

I get it, its Christmas day and its a holiday... But still very surprised that almost all restaurants were closed at this international airport. Napa Farms Market was legitimately one of the three only places that was still open and it was only 7:30PM at night. We came here to grab dinner before our flight on Christmas day 2017 because it was one of the healthier options, we ordered a chicken tortilla soup (asked for just the soup and they obliged, $6.50 for a small), spinach lettuce wrap ($9.95) and the Butcher Block pizza ($12.95). Boyfriend enjoyed their fresh made pizza which was really cool since when you think about airport food fresh isnt exactly part of the terminology. Loved all the different meats like chorizo, salami, and pancetta on it. The wrap wasnt the best, it had these weird cherries in it that I didnt like, even taking them out it left a very strange sour sweetness in the wrap. The wrap was very mediocre and overpriced for that quality (and I usually only pay $7.00 for wraps back in LA). The highlight of the meal was actually the soup, it was delightfully delicious, warmed us both up. It wasnt too salty or bland, rather had a great savory taste of oven-roasted tomatoes, red bell peppers, jalapenos, garlic, and herbs. Definitely worth trying out! But also, very expensive for soup though. :/But sucking up the price because airport, definitely would come back if were ever in SFO and looking for healthy eats!
