Find a bag I have pretzels from this place… At F 13… Went to eat them and they were horribly stale.… Not edible… Went back to the store and because I didn’t keep a receipt for a bag of pretzels clerk refused to even exchange the bag for different bag. I tried to explain to her that the bag was stale and she told me since it wasn’t expired for another two weeks, seriously, two weeks was the official date… She refused to let me exchange it for something else or even the same thing… Really bad service… Ridiculous! I fly out of this airport a lot and I’ll remember not to buy from her again

Just like any other average commodity shops in an airport, didnt really have much sizes for its t-shirts but it did provide other souvenirs!

Prices are high. Didn’t buy much.

Bought a few bulky items. Everything seemed alright at first. Then it was random small things. The tall guy behind the counter asked me to sign my credit card receipt. He extended his arm with a pen in his hand for me. As I reached for it, he dropped it on the counter. Then I asked for a bag. He handed me a folded bag, left all my stuff on the counter and asked me to move aside so he could help the next customer. Except I couldnt move aside because all my stuff was all over the counter where he left it. This guy was a total passive aggressive a-hole. In any other place but an airport, hed be fired with an attitude like that.

The service was rude, the lady gave me wrinkled change, and the price of water is outrageous 4.99 for a 20 ounce water
