I consigned 2 bags here and they lost one of them. I got the impression they play favorites and dont treat everyone equally when it comes to consigning and the general shopping experience in store. If you look like me, you will probably get treated poorly unless you actually know the people who work here. Youre better off doing everything online. The customer service and shopping experience is better online. Dont bother visiting the store unless you want to see something in person.

I love this store and the ideals it goes for - sustainability, eco-friendly, etc. Albert the manager is wonderful. I have worked with Madison, Kevin, and another lady (dont remember her name) at the jewelry table and all of them are great people! Everyone there is friendly, and always tries to help me find what Im seeking. The store is setup nicely and easy to navigate. They have candles lit throughout so it smells nice too. I havent sold anything to them but have bought several items for myself and boyfriend over time and have always had a pleasant experience there. The quality of everything Ive gotten has been really good too. And the prices are reasonable and wallet friendly for what you get. Plus they have sales which helps if youre on a more strict budget. Would highly recommend this shop!

Little retail store yet a lot of reel interesting quality, and verified for authenticity, things to buy.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! From them they took my $2000 jacket and priced it at $160 something without approval and sold in minutes and now sent me $88 for my $2000 jacket no one will respond to our emails or calls they wont even return our other stuff as we been complaining please be careful from them

I do not recommend consigning here. The percentage of the sale is not worth the hassle of setting up the consignment.

It was my first experience with the real real.The real real stuffs were very welcome and friendly.Great value for designer items.Probably I will back to there again.

I have been pleased with my purchases from The Real. However, I strongly caution those interested in consignment to be wary. My first experience with consignment was met with no problem, & one item was return immediately by The Real when it was not accepted.Last October, I did an in person consignment, because I was concerned about items being lost in the mail. I met with Lauren Pfundstein for the consignment. Later she notified me via email that all items but one were accepted.The next 5 months were met with constant demand by me for the return of my property. First, I was never notified that another item was not accepted, but I had to wait and plead for 3 months before that item was finally returned. And I waited a total of 5 months for the item Lauren promised me would be sent.I found myself constantly sending numerous emails to customer service, L. Pfundstein, Elizabeth Anderson- luxury account manager, and to whatever other email addresses associated with The Real that I could find. The account manager only responded with empty promises that a team member would contact me. Not until I finally sent a demand letter with threats of legal action and media attention was my voice heard and the matter addressed immediately.All of this was totally unreasonable for me to beg and demand for the return of my property. Now, I will NEVER consign with The Real again after suffer through that exhausting and alarming experience!!!
