Went to buy something off the website. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Waited a few minutes due to Covid restrictions. Overall very satisfied with experience definitely will be coming back

Absolutely fantastic store. Amazing vibes, crazy selection, and real people who want to help you out no matter who you are. Copped a supreme deck from here today, and would go back in an instant if they had more. I wish there more stores like this in the bay!! Don’t sleep, they have on point pricing for most items, and buy for fair prices. Pro tip: Check their site for what’s in stock, most of their inventory is up there.

I’ve come in here before and bought some revenge x storm kicks, I was disappointed after taxes paying 280$. Not only are they overpriced, they lowballed me when I brought in supreme gear before. Last visit staff were rude and disrespectful. More focused on eating their lunch than helping costumers. Go to stock x if you want shoes. The prices are better.

Love the shoe store it’s amazing you will have a good time looking for what you need but first check there online they always update it very fast and give fair prices on your shoes if you want to go sell i really recommend this if your in sanfrancisco

Im not a sneaker head like my nephew so I dont usually go to these types of stores. I went with him and my brother because he was looking for new shoes to add to his collection. The store is small but well kept. The employees were nice and helpful. They have a nice display and more shoes than the other store we went to and apparently they are fairly priced. Good spot to go if your in to these types of shoes (Jordans and such). I would come back again when my nephew visits.

Grails sold me some yeezys and they are squeaking $500 for some squeaky shoes bad service

I can always rely on grails SF to get the latest kicks with the best price. Chris is also a super genuine guy that is extremely knowledgeable. I recommend everyone I know to this store. Big gem to the sunset district, and California in general!

Ive never been in the place; I live diagonally across the street from it. Since I walk by it, I guess Google Maps thinks Ive been there. So, since its a small business and a neighborhood business, Ill do a rating. Im rating them 4 stars because, even from the outside, it looks like its set up nice. Also, Im rating them 4 stars because they are trying to make a go of their business in an area that needs more small businesses; good luck to them!

I came to grails on 1/15/2019 to try to trade my Jordan 11 Concords at the store . One of the dudes working at the store was checking the shoe out to make sure everything was okay . Mind you the shoe is brand new and I clearly haven’t worn them outside. He tells me that he’s gonna have to trade them as used because the Patten leather look like it had a scratch, so he offered me $140 or $150 store credit . I denied that offer because I knew the shoe is brand new. I go back into the car and my girlfriend cleans the part where he said it had a “scratch” comes of completely and turns out it was just a smudge .... what a joke . Thank goodness I denied that offer and sold them for $280 somewhere else that same day . Please be careful bringing your shoes in they try to low ball like crazy

Currently out front at 12:07. Hours say 12-5 Sunday. No one here. Doors locked. I have been frequenting this shop for a few years. Usually buy something every time I visit. This is a weird and unprofessional visit.

I came to grails to put some shoes on consignment (yeezy 350s red stripe and ultra boost 1.0). To my surprise they were able to sell them right away and their customer service is impeccable. I’d recommend grails to all my fellow sneaker heads. I was so amazed by the service I couldn’t help myself and bought some grails merch. Come support your local sneaker shops!

This place was awesome. Small independent shop with quality Supreme and Hypebeast items. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back.

Checked out this store on Sunday, has a large variety of shoes besides yeezys. Got a chance to meet the store owner. Very down to earth guy who answered all my questions. The customer service was on point and it seemed like the employees cared instead of trying market every shoe to you for a quick buck

As the new store on the block I was originally hesitant to drop by, but Im glad to say I did. As I walked into the door I noticed the wide array of sneakers that were available. This ranged from yeezys to all types of runners and Jordans. As I walked around I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed help. That staff was friendly and accommodating. I purchased a new pair of yeezys and definitely will be back again.

Came in to trade my yeezy 700 static’s and was told I had some fakes, but the guy still offered me 100$ store credit because he wanted them to play a prank on his friend with them . Little did he know I got them from yeezysupply so I walked away .
