The food is so good! The staff was awesome, so kind. They let me enjoy the outside tables past closing even though they didn’t need to at all. I was so pleased with my dining experience. Worth a stop, food is delicious!

The coffee turns out to be wonderful; they roast it themselves and have done so for ten years! The pastries are also quite tasty.

Lattes are good. Wish they didnt run out of the croissants. Only have had the spicy sandwich which wasnt spicy at all. Not worth $13.

Was met by a rude weirdo with tats femalish? tats on arm. I asked a simple question to leave a tip and if the receipt needed a signature. I was met by straight sarcasm for no reason about signing the receipt.

Our whole family loves this place. It caters to everyone taste buds. Our grand parents and children enjoy this place too. Its kids and elderly friendly. I have seen pet are welcome here too. The food is great. We love the coffee and kids love the hot chocolate. It has lot of toys for kids. In short it a place were each one will perfectly find what they need.

We came in visiting from Toronto and this place was right around the corner from our Airbnb so we tried it. The bagels and coffee were absolutely delicious and the staff that was in there was so nice and sweet to every single person that came in. The bagels were SO fresh! Great place for a quick breakfast or lunch bite!

This place is down the block from me and its existence keeps me living. Really tasty quick food options (The Clucker :O ), super friendly neighborhood vibe, and cheap (for SF) coffee. Espresso drinks can be really hit or miss though. Its pretty special on the weekends and the weather is nice, when it feels like the whole block gathers here for food and conversation.

Great neighborhood spot with all types either working on laptops, talking with friends, or saying hi to neighbors. Go there enough and they learn your name. What a gem!

Black, just like my 💓. How I like my coffee.Custom chairs out front excites for great coffee. Not the case. However, genuinely friendly service, well priced decent food (👍 breakfast 🥐 (egg, cheese)), and comfy atmosphere mean Ill probably return, suffer the astringent coffee, and tap away on laptop.

This is a great cafe with good food. I cant speak to the coffee since Im not a coffee drinker, but the sandwiches are good. They dont have a huge menu, but there is a decent selection of things. They have WIFI which is great. I see a lot of people working in there so I think its a popular spot to park with your laptop. Its a good size but not big. A nice place to meet a few people. The staff is great and very friendly.

Nicest staff. Let us sit down even when we walked down while they were closed. While we were sitting saw a customer walk in and after informing him they were closed, the staff proceeded to make an order for him anyway :)

Good place to go get a quick bite before work. Good bagel sandwiches and tea. Nice staff. And they are usually pretty quick. Its a cute place too with big windows, a parklet and art of the walls

Great staff, good selection of sandwiches and salads. Really good coffee. Also have a rotating artist gallery every couple of weeks which keeps the place fresh.

Everything about this place rules. Coffee served in glass cups, fun sandwich and bagel combos, super nice staff. The only thing is that they use powder chocolate. But its okay. The parklet out front and overall vibe more than make up for it!

Love the black coffee and have to agree about the espresso being strong! Talk about a wake up! The morning crew (only time Ive been there really unless i get too baked at Bernal heights across the street during the afternoon) are fast and respectful. I enjoy just saying hi and getting a quick cup of coffee. their pastries are good if you have a sweet tooth, but I go straight for the whole wheat bagel with cheese and bacon! They also rotate out artwork through out the cafe so one could consider this to be an art gallery with a coffee and pastry shop inside. Lots of locals and plenty of room to sit down and feel comfortable. There is wifi and its a decent connection.

A stylish hipster coffeeshop off the southern stretch of the Mission Street. Tiny but cozy: I was able to dive into a cozy armchair. They also have widescreen windows that can be opened wide. It gets a bit noisy when its full, but during a Saturday, it rarely was - apart from peaks around breakfast and lunch times.Power outlets everywhere and wifi is fine most of the time, making this coffeeshop a good place to work when its not busy.I have tried their Maps-acclaimed panini, and they were tasty, inexpensive, and overflowing with organic veggies. They could perhaps just offer whole-wheat bread too. Also, more food options besides sandwiches and panini would be great, though the panini are really delicious.The staff was affable. The patrons were a mix of hipsters, locals, hospital staff from nearby Sutter Health, and laptop workers.

This is my go-to cafe every weekend when I need a place to go and unwind after a long work week. Unlike most cafe spots in the city (long lines and noisy at all times of day), Cafe Seventy8 is cozy and chill. Great for meetups if you need a quieter space. I ritualistically order the breakfast panini w/ ham every week (highly recommended, 5 stars). Coffee is good (not your artisanal brand coffee from Ritual or Philz, but Im not picky when it comes to coffee). All-in-all great spot

It is close to my residence while staying in S.F at the daughter.Narozena in 1978.Kafe although both beech, but pleasant environment with WI-FI.
