Purchased a shirt and washed it the next day following instructions and it came apart. Called the customer service number and waited a few minutes to talk to someone and they told me I have to call the store but I called the number listed for the store on their website. When it comes to solving customer issues thing need to be improved.

Not your usual train station!! Visited back in 2002, I was highly impressed!

Its a clothing store that sells some wonderful items. My girlfriend & I shop there on a regular.

As far as selections go, it can’t compare to the big box Uniqlo’s in other places, but you still get the essential Uniqlo items so that’s good. Seems to be well staffed and staff were friendly.

Horrible or NO return policy. Ony returns in that exact store so if buying as a gift, forget it. I have been all over the website and am on hold for 30 minutes now trying to figure out how to return an item. They say you cant mail it back to a warehouse.

Good products but bad customer service (uniqlo in general, not this store). I put a pickup order. When the order was ready for pickup at the store, I tried to call the store to let them know that my boyfriend was going to pick it up for me because I dont live there and I cancelled my trip of visiting. There is not a phone number for the store. I waited 15 minutes on a central line only to be told that there was no way for me to change the person who would pick up the order, nor a way to reach and talk to someone at the store. Because this is the policy of the company. It is ridiculous to me that there is no way that I can call the store. I am also appalled how hard it was to navigate myself in the automatic call.

I love Uniqlo. Its my favourite retailer. So of course I had to find a store while I was in Washington. This location is great! It didnt have a great selection of athletic wear but it did have the new fall collection. Found some really nice shirts and my mom was able to find some nice print t-shirts from the Andy Warhol collection.Staff is nice, the store wasnt busy even though its location is central, and everything is nicely displayed.

Mostly mens clothing. Very small.

I love to stop and see what new and catch some sales.Customer Service is great o love the clothes.

Excellent service the staff help me pick out clothing and direct me to where I wanted to go and then allowed me you do clothing exchange in their changing room and then I took the clothes that I had on and took him outside and gave them to a homeless guy

Great store with everything laid out nicely. Very nice and neat. The staff was relatively nice, but one would not let me into the dressing room area because the were low on staff.

I’m so happy that they have a UNIQLO here. I’m more of a basics kind of person when dressing - it’s much more efficient for my way of life. I only wish the store was bigger like their establishments in Europe and Japan. Now if there was a MUJI store here then I’d be all set! 😉

Not very big but the staff is very nice and helpful.

I used to love Uinqlo, but I after the bad exchange experience, I changed my mind. They can exchange if the item in the store but if not, they just refund you and you solve it by yourself. Other stores do better for exchanging and price matching!!

This clean and organized Uniqlo is conveniently located at Union Station. I tend to order online and then use this store for exchanges and returns during my daily commute. The service is quick so Im usually in and out in under five minutes.

I would give them less than one star if I could. I was charged twice for the same purchase and no one will help me resolve the issue. I am right now sitting on the phone to their call center who has assured me multiple times there is nothing I can do unless I present myself at the store but I am over a thousand miles away. I am insisting on talking with someone who will help me. The minutes are ticking by. I feel like I have been robbed.

Uniqlo is quite special for me since Ive been in love with the assortment of products available at great prices. I find the products quite innovative and the fit is generally quite acceptable. I have bought jeans and other products for myself and Ive found them to be great!

Love the free alterations. Good customer service. Great for comfortable pants that look uncomfortable (aka formal).

We road the Metro over to Union Station just for Uniqlo, and we were a little bit let down. This location is larger than the Pop up they have downtown, but they still dont have a lot of the selections they have online. Definitely much smaller than the one in Chicago. The staff were all very nice though, and well worth going to if you havent been to Uniqlo before.

Big fan of Uniqlo stores, but just be aware this is a very small store and doesnt carry a lot of sizes or variety that a full stores does. Try the one in Tysons Corner
